Went to Petsmart to get a top rated puppy food for Remis puppy, Tiger zilla. He is living up to his Godzilla name, now weighing 22 pounds at not quite 8 weeks old..huge for a dobie pup. Keeps figuring to weigh over 130 pounds. I was disappointed none of the staff approached me or offered to help, as i was reading ingredients on several different brands & checking the best dog food rating on line...Finally decided on rgese top rated brands for this pup!

Bethany was wonderful. She was very caring as she looked him over prior to grooming. She so filled me in on how he reacted to his bath, nail trim etc. Everyone was so nice and accommodating.

I ran into PetSmart yesterday to pick up an item. While standing in line to check out I looked over at the grooming area, through the door I saw one of the groomers pulling a little puppy by the leash attached to its collar literally dragging it across the floor into the back area. She could have caused serious harm to this pups throat! I talked to the manager, he said they werent supposed to pick the dog up but let it walk to the table. It wasnt walking, it was being dragged! If anyone takes their dog to be groomed there after reading this youre nuts!!

Today my kiddos and I were super excited to bring a kitty home that we had been planning for for some time. We were met by a volunteer Christine, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish and stayed with us our entire time. However, it took longer than we had anticipated waiting to adopt our kitty so I was trying to entertain 3 toddlers mid-afternoon. There wasn’t one employee that greeted me, or asked if I needed help with anything. Every si gel one of them looked at me annoyed waiting for me to leave. One employee took the time to say how all the other customers were bothered that my children were there and that they were destroying her store! That I needed to get them under control and that the pet toys were not kid toys. We were actually picking out toys for our new cat and looking at the car beds to see if we wanted one and I was including my kids. My 15 month old now walks and I kept picking her up and put back anything she may have grabbed. I felt completely unwelcomed and every one of the employees made me feel that way even though I was a customer buying extra things on top of adopting a cat there. There is more I could say about the awful experience I had but I will not be returning to this store again and if you are a parent with children, expect to be criticized and stared down by every employee that sees you.

I normally bring my pup here to be groomed. Not anymore after this most recent visit on May 3, 2021. My pup’s ears weren’t properly clean. And on top of that, the cashier that rung me up was full of attitude after demanding that I go to the groomers to get the invoice in order to pay. When I informed him that I was using the app to pay and that I was using a coupon he attitude got worse.

Clean and well supplied.Staff were friendly and helpful.I found all I was looking for.Spacious room to park.

Shelves were bare but I guess that means business is good.

Friendly staff and lots to choose from. They arent as knowledgeable as some about specific reptiles and such. Though they had the two cutest little leopard geckos we now call ours.

While visiting this location, if you have to use the restroom, youre better off going out in the parking lot. The restrooms are disgusting!

It was good taking our dog here for a First timer . He did good and good health.

We have three dogs so PetSmart is our second home! Im always amazed at how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. From healthy and selective pet food choices, amazing grooming services, and safe developmental toys for my fur babies, PetSmart has everything I need to provide my dogs a happy and safe life.

We have 4 animals and never had a bad expirence here. Workers in the adoption sections are wonderful. If you have questions the staff seems knowledgeable and from the ones Ive talked to all use the products they reccomend which is a big plus for me. Never had a had customer service expirence or any bad expirences here.

Friendly, courteous, and appeared to be knowledgeable about my pets breed and grooming needs.

The gentleman at the check out counter was very helpful and very polite That is why I give a 5 star rating because his personality was very important to me he made me feel welcome to shop at Petsmart

I have been coming here for a few years now and get all 4 of my dogs groomed here. For the third time this Petsmart has let me down with their grooming department. One of my dogs has separation anxiety really bad. Well at one of his appointments I dropped him off and over an hour later they call me to tell me that they can’t groom him because his nerves are to tore up. That’s understandable......... but what I don’t understand is why it took over an hour to call me to tell me that and nothing at all grooming wise had even been done to my dog. Well at his last appointment he did good because my vet prescribed him a sedative. Well today I went up there to get my dog groomed again only for them to tell me that they can’t groom him while he’s on that sedative....... I understand there are rules but my dog was on that same sedative the last time he was groomed and it was not an issue. Not only that I wasted the drive only for them to tell me that after I drove all they way up there. I only get so many days off and have to plan out my days off because I have so much to do as I’m sure a lot of other people have to do the same thing. But again I have been bringing all 4 of my dogs up there for over 2 years now and this is the third time that the grooming department has let me down. I won’t be coming back anymore. I don’t have time to POSSIBLY get my dog groomed that day. I need more reassurance. There needs to be better communication within the grooming department or set up to where they call and ask those questions before you waste a trip up there. I never leave reviews but after three strikes I felt someone needed to say something.

So helpful answering questions for my daughters new pet. The employee showed us exactly what we need for his habitat.

Though we were looking for a pet for our daughter later in future we had a real good experience here.

Went to get a bird. They were selling the last one when we came in. So the sales girl was kinda rude so we just left. But usually have a good experience here.

So RUDE!! My fiancee and I may look different with our dark styles but were entitled to the same respect as anyone else!! I work to make money to support us and our animals and if I crouch down in front of the kitten formula for 3-5 minutes to thoroughly read the label so I know what Im buying for our kittens, I expect to NOT be shewed by an employee/manager/whatever to make room for the people pushing carts trying to get to the line which was an aisle or two over.... thats an aisle.. not the line.. I shouldnt get shewed away from the product Im inspecting to make room for people with carts who can go around me or use another aisle to get to the checkout line. Why are the aisles being used for the line? Why did the other people have more right to be there than we did? My girl and me sitting together in front of the kitten formula took about as much space as one cart and no one was trying to get anything we were in front of, so whats the real problem here? The way we look. I thought we reached a time when adults with piercings, tattoos, fun hair, and dark clothes could still be treated as adults because style doesnt determine who you are. Nope, were still being treated like mangy animals. She couldnt even ask politely.. I just suddenly noticed someone shouting Do you mind? over and over from a distance like we were too dangerous to approach. Were not that wild-looking. If someone complained that some scary people were in the aisle and they were too afraid to say Excuse me themselves, you wouldnt go to a normal-looking person shouting Do you mind? when theyre not even in anyones way.

I love PetSmart. I have 2 for babies and I go to PetSmart for their gifts on their birthdays and Christmas. They always have sales going for treat members and the staff is usually kind and considerate.

Very clean and well stocked. The Associates that work there are helpful and friendly. Typically higher prices, but you get that with big box pet supply stores. That being said, they carry a big inventory on high demand pet items. One criticism is that they would benefit by having more than one register open at busy times. The lines are quite long when this happens due to Covid19 social distancing. Nice store.

Ignored by staff, had others walk up and skip ahead of us, buying what we were standing in front of (that we were waiting to buy when the associates were finished helping the others already there)Giving it 2 stars because weve been multiple times in the last few years, and there are a couple of great people that work there that were awesome (4 star worthy experiences), but I havent seen either of them in recent trips.

Awesome ppl answered all my questions about my ball python

They had exactly what my little dog needed. He is an extreme chewer at 8 months so I needed extremely tough toys and I found them here. Staff was super nice and helpful!!

I enjoyed my visit here to get large crickets for my gecko price was great crickets were lively but my gecko tripping about coming out right now but other than that Ill be a returning customer.

This specific location is one that I would recommend others to visit. My cousin and I visited with our puppies a couple weeks back, and it went well! Plenty of products for pets, including some stuff I didnt even know about before. The staff was friendly as well.

In and out pretty quickly. Limited staff so if Id needed help finding something I wouldve had to search the store for an employee. All in all, I knew what I was looking for. They had it in stock at a decent price. So I left satisfied.

I think the associates need to have some training on the animals they sell products for. They dont need to be experts but at least have some knowledge about them. I asked 6 associates and the vet that was there about a product for pet birds and no one knew a single thing about birds!

Its ok. Id rather go to another pet store, feed & seed store or walmart. It isnt what I imagined it to be. The employees to me personally werent all that helpful. Otherwise its decent I suppose.

I won’t go into details, but I seriously suggest that you use your veterinarian or another provider for grooming. The attendant was horrible. We didn’t make it past checkin before we decided to leave and take our dogs elsewhere. Not sure why they work with animals if they don’t care for them. It was very apparent that this was just a job. Something has changed. They used to have wonderful caring groomers.

Friendly staff. My dog isnt exactly a people dog. We took her into the salon to get a bath and get her nails done. They tried to get her to warm up to them so they could do everything but she just wasnt having it. They did get her nails trimmed which was the main goal. Really appreciate all the effort they put into trying to get her to cooperate.

Everyone here is very nice. I love the veterinary staff. My dog went in and was in very bad shape. They are doing everything they can and they are literally keeping my furbaby alive. I recommend this place for pets, they never give up and they are very compassionate. They will try every option available to keep pets healthy. Definitely worth every penny we have spent.

We love the employees at Banfield they r so nice and polite.

I guess when were shop for certain items never closer your options off because the same store in a different city didnt meet your expectations. I could have given up on our quest but found what were looking for and even saved money doing it. This petsmart is set up great and well stocked so again never go to the store with a closed mind.

We always take or pit and Shepard mix to get their nails done! They are so good with our pups and are always quick and convenient. Of course, we stay in the room while they do it because it’s so quick and it’s always clean and courteous. Also have what we need for our chinchillas and other dog supplies! Thanks!

They had what I wanted for my dog which was a collar and leash and breath fresher I add to my dogs water bowl the only down side was the $48 dollar price I paid.

I was trying to find specific kitten formula, supplements, and other kitten care products. Their inventory was very low, the shelves were a mess, and I couldnt find everything I was looking for. The prices were extraordinarily high and I dont recommend this store unless youre looking for dog toys.

I take Susie (Pitbull) to banfield vet services. These people really picked the right career ....they enjoy their job and treat your pet as your child. They call you a few days after visit to make sure your pet is still doing well! Thank yall so very much for your kindness with my husbands dog! I would never even consider taking Susie anywhere other than you guys!
