Fast and easy, I recommend 5 minute oil change it keeps my Expedition running great!!!

The price was the highest I have ever paid for an oil change but that is not my complaint. The skid plate under my car was not replaced correctly and bolts were left off of it. There was a rattling noise and my tire rubbed the metal skid plate when turning so I had to go to my own mechanic to have that fixed. Lastly, the car of one of the service men that is parked right as you enter the service bay has the f word written in 12 inch letters. This speaks to the quality of service that should be expected. I will not go back.

Had to wait a bit but it was hot and they were all working. So I understand why it took a while. Only thing I disliked was my hood was dirty after the oil change. Just seems like they should’ve wiped it afterward. But overall they were pretty good.

From second one of pulling up I was kindly offered a water bottle in the 90° heat. They were really quick about how they did their oil changes. They had one person filling out information from the customer, one doing the oil change below, and one person filling the oil at the end. They worked as a team and they were super nice and cool. They joked with me to make me feel more comfortable and stuff. I would def go back again

Pulled in to have my oil changed and the assistant manager came to check on what services I needed. Super professional, positive, and polite from the beginning. They had me pull into the garage and turn off my car and I sat in my vehicle while they performed all of the necessary services. It may have taken 10 minutes and they were finished! Having kids, this was the most pleasant and convenient oil change Ive ever had. Will definitely be back!

I drove almost 2,000 miles from Arizona & thought I needed an oil change, etc. I was impressed with the service I received. It was a little pricey compared to back home, but as a Veteran I got a nice discount. When I come back to South Carolina, I will go for the works again!!!

Was very satisfied with the professional way the entire staff toke care of my needs. You dont have to get out of the car and they give you a choice from regular inexpensive oil to high end synthetic. Its first come first serve and I was offered a bottle of water and also they topped off all my fluids. I have two vehicles and I am going to use this business for the two of them as it was easier than me doing it myself, paying almost as much just to purchase oil and filter doing the work and then having to recycle the waste oil and filter. Kenzie was very informative about the operation and how it works. I highly recommend this business for the services it supplies!🙂

Quick work! Complimentary other fluid checks and top offs, tire pressure check, and if you need more fluid before your next change stop back by for a top off for free! They offer you a cold water are very courteous! They did leave oily hand prints on my bumper and hood. And had to buy me a car wash! But hey the made it right!Will go back when in a rush and cant change my own.

I was charged $70 for 4 and a half quarts of high mileage oil and I had a $10 off coupon they didnt scan. My receipt says they checked my tire pressure and my wipers and cleaned my windshield and checked my air filter and several other things, but they did none of these things. Liars are what they are. Not the reputation to build a business on. I will not return and unless you want to get ripped off and lied to you shouldnt go either. Very dissatisfied customer

Wow!!....My first time visiting Take 5 Oil Change was an awesome experience.These guys were very professional and informative.I drive an older car and they used the best quality of oil for my car.

These guys are great. Efficient, clean, and great customer service. Sure its a little more expensive than changing your own oil, but the value added by the service/speed is worth it. Devin and JC were the names on my receipt, they and their team did an A1 job. Give those fellas a raise!

Worst expirence ever !! Not only did they charge a high price, but broke off our tire valve stem and sensor. And some guys made fun of the fact that happened saying Oh well looks like there gonna have a great weekend then had to drive to get it repaired on a Saturday from Goodyear to get fixed 10 minutes before they were about to close. Luckily they did fix it, but feel like Take 5 should make it right and offer to reimburse us for the inconvenience that they caused and didnt really feel like a valued customer when they were making fun of us either. Never will I take my business there again and will tell anyone I know not to go there for anything. Very unprofessional and wish that business would either get it together or get out of Easley.

This place deserves 5 stars bit for now only gets 4. The service techs were thorough and really nice. They were able to get the job done fast and efficiently. My reason for taking a star is the Ownership. When I arrived it was 26°F and this facility has no heat at all. The employees were freezing and having to take turns warming up in their cars. If the management does something about the heat it will help improve moral and create a comfortable work environment.

I highly recommend Take 5 on Calhoun! I received great customer service! Nate, the service person was very polite and took the time to answer my questions and explain the process to me. My skid plate was a little difficult and they were so apologetic about the extra time it was taking, but truthfully, the professional way they handled the situation is what made me decide to return there for all of my future oil changes.

They did a very poor job changing my oil and almost blew my engine when I left. The only saving grace was when I got back, the guy who changed it was gone but the other boys really showed they genuinely wanted to make it right and fix the problem.

Like using them! Quick service, my invoice stated my window were cleaned and checked air in tires, but those were not done

I was hesitant to try this place because in my experience these quick oil change places always try to sell me various stuff thats not needed. This place did not do that. They were very courteous, offered me a complimentary water and dash wipe, allowed me tochoose between the oil options and they were very efficient. Explained everything they were doing. Never even left my car, Highly recommend!

First time trying out Take 5 Oil Change. Spoke with the assistant manager and a few other employees and they were super nice and helpful. I could see right off they were committed to see that all my needs were accomplished. I will definitely be a return customer.

I thought I would check this place out. Im not usually into gimick niche style places. I like the fact when you drive up you stay in your car. You drive forward they check your fluids refill mostly for free. They check other things like wiper blades. One of the main reasons I went was because of the 25% military discount. They promise in and out in 20 but it took 20. There professional and polite. I thought the price was a bit stiff but with the discount it came out about the same and in a lot less time than my usual place. Without the discount it would be a hard sell. Id probably stick with the usual or if I was in a real hurry I would come back.

It was my first time here. I was extremely unimpressed at first. The guys there were very disorganized and complaining loudly about not having enough people and they needed to get a girl in there to help out. One guy who seemed to think he was pretty funny kept running around and loudly talking to people and he wasnt the least bit funny. They got me in and washed 1/2 my windshield. I noticed that one reviewer said they offered to wipe his dashboard? They did not offer me this. There was another guy walking around with a funnel dripping oil every where, even got it on the car next to me. Finally a very nice lady, who I think is a supervisor of some sort came in, and every one shut up and started working. She finished up my car and seemed to get everyone organized. She also did the other 1/2 of my windshield. Would I go there again?? I dont know seems like Valvoline is cheaper and faster and neater but take 5 is closer to home so I dont know. I was not impressed with my first visit though.

Extremely efficient, helpful, honest. None of the I recommend this and this, and oh the higher priced package. Blah blah. I never left my car, never felt unsafe in relation to social distance. Explanations were thoroughly understood and attitudes were upbeat. Highly recommended.

Super fast. Cant beat $10 off for any oil change. They did my wiper replacement free of charge because I brought my own. I got a air filter replacement and cabin replacement. Super quick in and out. Even though I did have to get out my car. Only because my filters were on the driver side. 10/10 GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUICK AND EFFICIENT.

Yesterday was my first time going, and they were great. Fast, courteous and very convenient. I love being able to stay in my car, because I have 4 Littles! We were in and out in no time, and we were all offered free drinks!I would recommend this place to anyone, although they were fast, they were still very nice and explained everything to me. Felt rushed. They never cleaned my windshield, but it’s part of the service. They stated that their washer fluid was frozen, but Manager came out and said it was ready to be used. I had to ask for my fluid to be topped. The guy entering my info into the computer seemed confused and was corrected by another employee on how much oil my vehicle needed. For the price they charge the quality of service was poor. No one was wearing a mask and you have to answer their questions through a open window. Will not return.

Took my vehicle in for and oil change they wanted $134.00 for 5 quarts of mobile 1 synthetic its normally around $80 ( which Ive used for years so I know the cost) but my vehicle requires a different oil per the manufacturer!! I was told by their guy the mobile oil is a better oil I told him the due to my warranty I wanted to put in what the manufacturer recommended. So I told him this was not my only vehicle and I could park it til I could get it to the dealer or to Someone that has my oil. Then the guy tells me that I must have my oil changed every 90 days even if i dont drive the vehicle !! Thats when I was completely done with him he had insulted my intelligence. I told him to check GMs website and warranty because the info he was giving is dead wrong and that I build and work on these engines nearly 10 years now! So no Ill never go back, as far as Im concerned it was a scam to get me coming back at any cost.

Just left...they opened today!! A great group of men and women working as a team! They called out everything that they were doing and ensured that I knew what they were doing. They topped off all my fluids, washed my windshield, checked my air filters and even checked my tire pressure to make sure they are at the correct PSI. Got there about 4pm there was a bunch of young kids had to be about 18 to 20yrs old. All gather that in parking lot. They all worked there. Cussing and carrying on. Was very unprofessional like. Had to go back today get them take the chang engine oil light off my car. The lady came up to my car had like attitude on her.

The staff worked quickly and efficiently to change my oil and run safety checks in as short a time as possible, while still being thorough.

It was nice not having to get out of the car. The mechanics were nice too.

Quick, but forgot to put the push pins back in the underbody panel so it flapped around for a few days before I finally realized what it was. Not a huge deal but was a pain to get under the car and rig back up.

Ive been there twice since theyve opened up near me. Theyve really got it together! One of the main things that impressed me was, after my oil change they show me the dip stick! No one had ever showed me before, which proves its fresh and at the correct level!

I personally will not go back unless i am in a jam to use their service again. for 90 dollars i could get a tire rotation on top of oil change/filter. and a complete check on my car. when i am told that your higher end oil filter will last 2,000 more miles than your regular filters and i cant get actual brand names you use, i cant but feel like i am being taken for a ride and advantage. i told your guys that i use the castrol edge because that is what my car mazda is required by the manufacture and i use the Mobil 1 filter but it seemed to be taken like i did not know what i was talking about. and i have had my car since i bought it brand new so i know my car inside and out since i do my own work on it. like i said unless i am in a jam and i NEED my oil done ill go otherwise i wont go back.
