Overall one of the better locations in the upstate if youre just dropping something off fairly quickly or need to stand in line for any length. The employees are usually all working as a team and there is always someone to greet you immediately with instructions. There needs to be an easier way to drop off packages without actually entering the main area which is limited in people from time to time in capacity. While most employees mask up dont expect many people here to. It would make online sellers jobs a lot easier to have some curbside drop off and reduce foot traffic inside. Usually there are workers to accept packages now so that has helped tremendously from having to stand in line, but improvements in flow could be made here in light of increased ecommerce growth.

Had a package not be delivered. It got returned. It was important content. So i went got a ring doorbell. The mail carrier never came to my house. I live in a mobile home community so my mail box is 1 street over. Instead of bringing my package they just out the slip in my box and send it back. Today i had a package coming. I stayed home all day. No package. Checked my mail had a slip. Checked my Ring nobody ever came to my house. Had a supervisor be rude with me call me a liar then some women starys yelling. So i say i will bring my phone and shoe u on my ring that they never came. He told me come on.. When i arrived they sent a worker out and wouldnt face me or look at my ring footage. Its against the law to not deliver mail. And i will be pressing charges next time my mail is intentionally sent back due to lazy workers and poor supervisors

This is the last place you want to go if you are bringing a large quantity of packages. If youre the 10th person in line and one of the clerks comes back from lunch, they kick you out of the lobby even if youre holding a pile of pre-paid boxes and just need to drop them off. The self service chute always jams. You have to stand there and wait for the postmaster or the red vest to get you a cart. Then you have to push that cart over hard tile floor (not great for the auditory sensitive), through the lobby and then back in around all the people in line. Wont open the service door claiming the government charges them for it (but the maintenance man/janitor goes in and out). Cant use a side door, or a dock. They get grumpy if you ship international even with all the customs forms pre-filled out online.

Lazy mail carrier who delivers off Brushy Creek Rd. She will cram the box full rather than take it to the porch and when she does break down and brings it to the porch, she will stand at bottom of steps and throws it onto the porch.

This is not a complaint about the inside counter service but about home delivery. Today (April 12, 2021) I received 5 packages. My carrier had stuffed them all in the mailbox along with the regular mail. When I arrived home, because the box had been crammed full, the mailbox had popped open and 2 of the packages were in the road and one of them had been run over by a vehicle!! If there is too much mail and packages to keep them secure, some of the packages need to be brought to the porch rather than leaving the box so full that the contents start spilling out!!!

Was shipping a package and was off on the weight by less than pound, it was a 25lb package. I said ok let me pay the difference as it was a honest mistake. I then was told no I have to take it back and figure out how to add postage online. Luckily another postal worker who understands customer service and that my money can easily be spent at fedex or ups came and sorted it out. This post office which already has a low rating will continue to do so if it allows rude employees like this woman to be the face of the company. Attitude is the key to success when dealing with the public. Hopefully this review will find its way to this employee and help her in the future.

I had a package shipped from Richmond, Va. to Easley. For some reason, it went to Texas from Virginia, and then here. Talked to two people at the post office in Easley and neither could give me any answers. One lady, who I think is the postmaster, was very flippant about the entire thing. Didnt care that my package was not delivered as promised by USPS, didnt care that I was unable to fulfill a promise to a customer about delivering the item, didnt even offer an apology for the issue. All she would say was heres where it started and heres where it is now. Refused to give any information about a possible delivery date. Even after the item arrived in Greenville, its been 4 days and I still dont have it. NOTE: Package finally arrived -- nine days after shipping, and it was 2-day Priority Mail.

The Easley Post Office has AWFUL AWFUL Service. The male driver that drives the blue super loud van hit my dog and kept on going, even with being confronted. The people at the service desk are absolutely RUDE! Worst post office around. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! Mail is always late and sometimes lost!

I love using USPS honestly, but recently with shipping off my art (canvases, frames, etc.) Ive noticed they just throw packages into the back right in front of you. like, I get it if its a distance, but is throwing it really necessary? that just makes me want to wrap things up even more than I already do because of the lack of care at this local USPS in my town.

He is informative, helpful, always positive, and if I ever have any issues he always goes above and beyond for a solution. 5 stars specifically because of this employee!

I use this post office often. I usually ship eBay sold items around the holidays with high volume too. Rarely do I have to wait long in line and the staff is very helpful. Theyve even re-routed a package promptly to me that was addressed improperly by the sender and in route to that address. People have a tendency to only comment about the bad things in life (previous negative reviews by others), but Im sure the good overrates the bad at this post office.

Delivered an empty box with a note that said they lost the contents of the package. Tried calling dozens of times, but got a busy signal every time! Tried to file a claim, but the Easley Post Office marked the delivery as complete so I couldnt do that. So I basically paid $85 for an empty box! They are thieves!

I had shipped a box to FL from Easley SC. Clever people knowing how to scam through paypal. I spent $94 to ship a Pageant Dress. A Dress worth $800. Got my tracking number, contacted through email what suppose to be secured by paypal and the person was going on ab the payment. I realized something was wrong and went immediately to the post office, in easley sc on pendleton st, and my package had not been shipped or sent. They stated i would have to PAY to intercept it and have it sent back to me!!!! I paid $15, they stated i would get a refund for my $94. They would not give me my package back. Stated it was out of their hands and when i did some reasearch online, went back up to the post office, with my receipt of paying for the interception. THE POST MASTER GAVE ME MY BOX WITHOUT HESITATION!!!!! Which they said they couldnt do. They would not give me a refund for my $94 and stated since the transaction went through the window they could not refund my money! I contacted another post office and they are helping refund me my $94 bc this Post Master REFUSED TO DO SO! Keep safe on the paypal sales folks bc some clever people are out at it. AND DO NOT USE EASLEY POST OFFICE only due to the POST MASTER!!!!!!! Ive only been here a couple of times, but every time has been a pleasant experience. Every clerk Ive interacted with was pleasant and patient with me. Some other post offices I felt hurried and like I was inconveniencing the staff with my tasks. Not here. When I needed to know where to install my new mailbox, one of the managers got me in contact with my mail person that day, and she stopped by my house on her way home from work to talk with me about it and show me exactly where to put it. These are great people.

Dont use this location for passports. The lady that does them is rude and slow! Took over an hour for 2 passports. Also got mad when she had to take pics even though thats part of the job. Then instead of nicely telling me my documentation might not work I handed it to her and she said, and I quote, Uh uh. This aint gon work. Ridiculous. My mother in law works here. I feel so sorry for her!

Dont bother calling. No one will answer the phone. After three days of trying to get someone on the phone someone finally answered. I needed an appointment to get a passport. Apparently Easley is the world hub of international travel because it was going to be a month before I could get an appointment date.I called somewhere else......got an appointment for the next day.

Missing packages, told it was not found by a supervisor, while the mail truck was dropping it off in the mail box. Our mail gets put in other peoples boxes over two blocks away, and they put packages in front of our gate that opens one way (obviously one way), blocking us in the fence. When I talked to the lady supervisor she was short and rude, kept cutting me off in the middle of my sentences.

This is absolutely one of the worst post offices! The post master rarely gets up from his desk, even if someone ask to speak with him. An employee also told me he rarely gets up, if he did he might notice the state of disrepair. The mail is never out on time and we run a business that depends on payments through the mail. Just today I arrived at 11:40AM and the mail was not out. They use to have a sign that said the mail would be in your box by 10:00AM, then changed it to 11:00AM, and cant manage to accomplish that... customers of ours have received their payments marked *return to sender, wrong address back in the mail and call to ask if our address has changed (which it hasnt in 55years) and they have the correct address on their envelope. It delays our payments by weeks sometimes.You can tell the postmaster does not care by simply looking at the exterior of the building! There is rotten places in fascia, the grass is rarely cut, the trees are not trimmed, the loriope has never been trimmed, etc. Also it is odd to me that they allow the restaurant employees from across the street park in the post office parking lot on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at a federal piece of property. Maybe that means we can start storing our boats and R.V.s at the post office parking lot?It is common knowledge among many business owners in town that have post office boxes (because the mail is supposed to be put there first) should not show up before 11:30AM and might have to make two trips in their day to get their mail!

We run a business from our home and always have packages to be picked up. Theyve missed the pickup several times and when I call to get someone out to pick up, all I get are busy tones on the phone. I called corporate and was told there is more than an hour wait to speak to a rep. This post office is by far the worst post office.

Ive return the mail and ask them to stop the confusion and give to the right mail box and make sure Im getting my mail .I checked my mail box yesterday and its still happening. If I could put negative Stars on this review I would. We do not receive 95% of the mail that we are supposed to. Most of the time we get other peoples mail. I really dont think the Easley post office knows what addresses are. I have contacted the post Masters did not do any good. Easley should do away with the post office.

After more than a month ago (2-1-17), losing a package to another person across town with the same house number and the Post Office doing nothing about it, they have now delivered some of that same persons mail to me! Called the PO, and whaddya know? Closed. Unlike the other person, Im not keeping their mail. I wrote Not here! on the front of them and put them back in the box. Maybe one day theyll be thankful enough to return my merchandise. Doubt it. Using first class with the Easley Post Office is a crap shoot. They are bad not to answer the phone, especially if youve complained. And they are bad not to return calls as promised. Disclaimer; My regular carrier, Scott, usually gets it 100% right. The problems come with the Unionized substitute carriers who dont have to pay you for lost or stolen packages gone due to their negligence and the Post Master and Supervisor who dont really care.

The local USPS driver threw a package on our front steps that was witnessed by my husband. When my husband addressed it with him he lied and said that he just tossed it, the package is labeled FRAGILE. then the driver said that next time we will just pick our packages up at the office. The postmaster is no help at all. No one will help us have the packages delivered to the house. Even if someone is home they will not deliver the packages. Online help said to mail a letter to Washington DC. IF you get a job as a mail delivery person....deliver mail...its in your job description.

Despite my many attempts to smile and be sweet to a particular male employee there, he has continually been grumpy and rude. One time I had to leave (kids in tow) to purchase new shipping materials at the local drugstore so I could rewrap a package that I had worked very hard on to conceal any previous letters or symbols. Anyone else would have taken it and been appreciative that i was following their rules. So ticked. Had to come back and get in line again only to be treated with a frown again. I saw him throwing peoples boxes around that are clearly marked fragile...no one like this should be allowed to work in a customer service position such as this. I drive out of my way to go elsewhere where Im treated better now.

By far the most rude management I’ve ever seen. The manager is terrible and one of her carriers is rude. We’ve spoken about her carriers issues several times and she shrugs her shoulders and takes up for her. She’s yelled and ignored us after coming in several times too.

My neighbors and myself have made numerous complaints to the Delivery Supervisor and Post Master here. They continue to drive onto our lawns ruining the grass, creating muddy ruts, and have damaged three sprinkler heads already. Theyre still doing this and have not reimbursed me for any of the above damages. Something needs to happen from the top down and soon.Regards,Concerned Customers

Its a great post office. Brenda Waters, its any as in Why havent I been getting any of my packages. Not none. That makes you sound uneducated. Also, the usps does not deliver packages sent by Fed-Ex. That just makes you stupid.The people at this post office are nice, fast, and do extra stuff like answer the phone at 5:30 (4 hours before they open).Thank you guys for what you do, and the idiots you put up with.

When they actually bother to deliver the mail you have to search the neighborhood to find it and try to get everyone elses to them that was put in my box. I always get a neighbors mail even from a mile away. The post office should be shut down. The mail people steal, throw mail away that they cant get delivered before the end of the day. A post person said they are getting excited, that their christmas comes from lost packages... Our mailman only shows up once a week. But you can never speak to anyone or tell anyone who cares. Its a federal offense to steal and throw mail away but no one cares...easley post office should be closed down. They are worthless

I get other peoples mail. Other people get my mail...some are kind enough to bring to my door...others dont bother because I never see it. Am expecting important package, already 5 days late. A note from USPS was placed in my posbox stating it appears this address has been vacated I wrote back...no Im still here...I have called, visited Easley Post Office in person, to no avail...they are very attentive to hear my complaint, but still the same things continue. Also, why dont the mail carriers wear uniforms? So unprofessional! I have NEVER posted a negative review before!

Bought and paid for a lot in Pickens County to build a house on, put up a mailbox, been receiving mail now for 6 weeks, didnt receive mail today but a nice note stating we cant get mail at that address until there is a home built on it. This seems like laziness to me on the post office part. Very dissatisfied customer right now considering I have to go by my lot everyday to build on it but cant receive my own mail. I have to pay Pickens County taxes for this lot but cant get my mail. What kind of junk is this.

Super disappointing. The staff at this location was degrading to me while i was just trying to locate my package, one office worker in particular was degrading to me when I attempted to show her my tracking number on my phone. This is not the first time either, they have a reputation of being rather unpleasant and I hate going there. Also, her unwillingness to help search for my package was disheartening. 25 minutes later she tells me is may be on the truck, not sure.
