Jamie does the lawn care for my brother and I contacted him to see about pricing for a new mulch bed with some roses. We talked back and forth discussing ideas and he gave me very great input and advice. I came home today to a brand new beautiful mulch bed and a freshly cut yard(which I never asked for!) His pricing was fair and everything turned out great! I would recommend him to anybody. Great work Jamie, thank you for all you did for me and my wife!

Edit: The owner (Jamie) is now sending threatening text messages to me, demanding that I not share my experience or post anything negative again.Edit#2: The owner has now changed his response to say I never paid him. He originally quoted me $50 but then later stated he would give me a better price due to him continuously cancelling my appointments. Upon final completion of the work he asked for $50. All I had were twenties so I handed him $60. I never asked for any change back as I just wanted him gone but to say that he was never paid is blatantly untrue.I went back and forth about whether or not I should write a review as I understand how hard it is to start and maintain a small business but after this experience I feel like I should let other potential customers know what troubles they may encounter.A few weeks ago, Saturday, March 30th, I called Mr. Jamie and told him that I was in a bind. My regular lawn guy was not available and I wanted my yard cut before Saturday, April 6th, as that is when my wife returned from a business trip. He assured me that would be no problem and that he could even be out the next day to cut it. He asked for my address that I provided and then texted me three hours later saying he would be by shortly.I wait Saturday evening and all day Sunday and he never showed up. At 7 PM I texted and asked what happened and he responded that he was still at a job and he wouldnt be able to make it that day. He stated that he would be out the next evening no issue, Monday the 1st.The next day at 6 PM, he texted that he was coming and when he arrived he stated that he couldnt cut it today but he would give an estimate for what it would cost. He gave an estimate and said he would try to get to me in the evening one day this week but worst case scenario, he would fit me in on Saturday, April 6th, before my wife would arrive back in.I dont hear anything else from him so Saturday the 6th at 8:30 I text him and ask when he will be able to be out. He responds that he is very busy and will get to me in the afternoon.At 5 PM, he texts and asked if he can move my appointment to Sunday instead. At this point Im frustrated, the whole point was to have the yard mowed before my wife arrived at 9 PM. I text him that nevermind, Ill deal with it myself. He seemed to have to much on his plate. I head out to get my old push mower out when he texts and then calls saying that he will, in fact, be able to get to me before my wife arrives. The problem was that his daughter lost his truck keys but he has them now. He says he will be by shortly so I put my mower back away.At 7:30 PM he texts me that he will not, in fact, be able to mow my yard as he had to run to pickens before me and that he wouldnt be able to arrive untill past 8 PM. He apologized and stated that he doesnt want to lose a customer, could he just come over first thing on Sunday and knock it out. Im irritated but I agree. I then ask what time he will be out and he says because its a Sunday, he will be out at 12 PM instead of first thing. Again, I said ok, just glad my yard will finally be cut.Sunday at 11:30 AM I havent heard from him so I text if he will still be able to get to me. He responds at 12:45 that he is sorry, he was up last last night playing video games with his son and asks if I still want him to come. I respond with yes, as soon as you can. He says he is going to clean up and head my way.An hour and forty-five minutes later, now 2:30, he does finally show up. He does a decent job and asks to set up scheduled visits every few weeks.  He apologizes again, saying that this wouldnt happen again, he is just so busy right now. Against my better judgment I agree and set a date, three weeks ahead.Three weeks later, the day comes and goes, no visit. That evening, April 27th, I contact him again but this time he simply doesnt respond.I found someone new now. Make your own judgment.
