Recently I desperately needed assistance obtaining access to my vehicle. The battery had died rendering my key fob useless. I did not have a physical door key. I called some other locksmiths, to no avail. I searched my MAP app for a new locksmith and I found 123 Lock & Key, LLC.The guy I spoke with was very friendly. He quoted me a price that beat all the others, hands down. He arrived very fast and was very knowledgable as well as professional. My 3 dogs even liked the guy, especially after obtaining my permission, had a treat for each of them. He had the door opened in a flash. He informed me that he could even cut me a physical key as well. I have found my new locksmith !!I would recommend these guys to anyone including my mother.

The battery died in my F150. So, my keypad was dead as well. Obviously the keys were locked inside. I called 123 lock and key and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. 2 helpful and friendly men got my truck unlocked AND jumped my battery. They charged a fair price of $50. I would definitely call them again.

Had old safe opened by them, combination was kinda stuck. They ransacked contents, and cut open a lock box that was inside, all valuables inside missing. I shouldn’t have trusted them to open it, they did,not have permission to open lockbox,....I should have insisted on being there when it was opened. Sad you can’t trust anyone anymore!

Ive never experienced such ethical and professional treatment before. We had booked 123 for a lock change on 7 doors for today. They got bogged down on a larger job and were unable to get to us. Rather than canceling the job, they reached out to fellow locksmiths to get our job covered for the prearranged day and time. They were so cognizant about keeping the appointment that they called 3 different companies until our job was covered, which it was. The company that covered did an incredible job and spoke highly of 123 rather than bashing them as a competitor. This conveys like mindedness from a business ethics standpoint. So, I cannot speak to 123 workmanship, but I can definitely convey they are honest and compassionate as a company and have partnered with quality people, which speaks volumes. I had some transponder keys made and programed for my car ....they even had a remote for the doors... trunk ....alarm......... .........they also have a mobile unit so they can come to you ................super service you can trust and depend on..........

These guys are wonderful! They were able to re-key my 15-year-old Hyundai after the spare key to the car was stolen. I was told by several others that Id need to find used parts, live with two keys, go to a dealer, etc. But then someone recommended 123 Lock & Key and they not only had the job done the next day, but at a cost that was lower than Id expected. I highly recommend them for any home or auto locksmithing needs!

Was there on time and did a great job helping me out even after he spent 30 minutes trying to program a key for my 2007 PT CRUISER only problem is I have a 2005 PT CRUISER and told him the wrong year. He had to take extra time to fix my mistake and even went the extra mile to jump my car off because the battery went dead. Very satisfied and will tell all my friends and family to use them. I am so thankful for this company this morning for coming to open my car door. My battery has completely went out on my key and I dont have a spare. So when I locked my car it wouldnt let me reopen it last night, but I contacted them and they came right away. I will be doing business with the again.

Scheduled appointment to repair the lock in one of my house doors for first-thing this morning. He showed up on time, fixed the lock, adjusted the door (including giving us instructions on how we could maintain the adjustment in the future), and was done in 45 minutes. Very reasonably priced and we were VERY pleased with the service!
