Stopped by to drop off my payment. When I pulled on the door it was locked. Next thing I hear is one of the employees yelling WERE NOT OPEN! Asked if I could slide payment thru the door another employee yelled WERE NOT OPEN! Both glared at me like I was trying to break and enter! Very unprofessional. A simple Sorry maam were not open yet would have sufficed instead of the sub-par / below average treatment.
Jennifer is an excellent representative for Spectrum.She has been able to help me when the other employees could not.I hope to see Jennifer advance in this store.
Was asked by an older female employee to put on my mask when I got into the store. I put it on. She got up and went into the back. The male employee to her left was helping another customer. As they concluded their business, she turned to leave and I noticed she wasnt wearing a mask, so I took mine off. I dont wear my CPAP mask which lowers my risk of having a stroke or heart attack because I simply cannot stand to have my face covered. A different woman came from the back and asked me to put my mask on. I pointed out that the customer that just left wasnt required to wear one and the situation quickly escalated from there. Ultimately she said Ill have to ask you to leave if you dont put a mask on. We ended up leaving because the situation got so heated. All I ask for is consistency. If everyone has to wear one then thats fine, but dont seemingly arbitrarily pick and choose how you enforce it.
Its okay, nothing to write home about. Good prices. Just wish that they would sync up with the call center about pricing.
I decided to return my internet router before opening the package. Spectrum Customer Service was pleasant and professional. I picked it up at FedEx and dropped it at the Spectrum store. It went very smoothly and Spectrum staff were very accommodating. Thank you Spectrum!!
Had what I needed very helpful
Anderson store made a huge mistake and then wasnt able to correct it. Just said they couldnt fix it and then claimed computers were down. Also had a very rude dark headed employee. She refused to help customers and rolled her eyes at customers even refusing an elderly man assistance with his new phone. Asked him why he even needed a new phone? I Had to go to the Easley store where not only 1 but 5 employees helped with the situation. Manager at Easley was super nice and at least explained situation and necessary steps to resolve. Overall it was a bad experience for a brand new customer. Anderson employee Jarad sold a phone and plan but put it under the wrong account then when phone was deactivated under fraud...noone was able to fix it. Instead the whole account was locked and phone has no service. Im expected to wait 4-5 days for issue to be resolved and phone reactivated under correct account. Anderson store employee Jarad also refused to provide a receipt of purchase. So since account had been locked, a refund couldnt be issued nor service restored. Not only poor customer service but no service on phone either. Not happy considering this was first time new customer. 5 stars for Easley store!

Constant slow speeds for internet. We cant even hardly use the internet. Takes multiple days for them to even come out and fix it. 2 weeks of issues.
