Premier does a really good job on the entire car with the exception of the front windshield. The windshield is very difficult at the best of times. The employees do the best that they can to please.

When I drove up to the kiosk I told the girl that I wanted my car hand washed. She told me they can get it just as clean in the drive-through thing. I told her that there is tree sap on my car that would not come off in the drive-through thing and I wanted it hand washed. She then said there was a pre-treatment they could do to get that stuff out of the car and it will be completely clean after going through the drive-through thing.I finally agreed to do the pre-treatment and the drive-through thing. Im sorry I did because my car is not clean. The guys who clean the windows after it went through the machine didnt clean the inside of the back window and somehow got scratches on the outside of it. The other interior windows are streaked.Maybe they should try using clean rags. The interior wipe down was OK except the dash still has dirt on it and now its streaked in places. They also did a lazy job of cleaning my wheel covers I did not clean the headlights at all. I paid a lot of money (had to pay extra for the pre-treatment) and will not do it again.I thought about going back tomorrow so they can fix what they didnt do right today but its easier just to do it myself.

Great wash.I went back again with a second car and got the carpet cleaning deal. These guys worked on the car for about an hour - thoroughly cleaning outside, windows, etc and carpets. They did a great job. I think this is a real bargain for $39. Very impressed.

Horrible! Disappointed! $50 plus $10 tip. I could have done this at a drive thru car wash myself. Interior wasn’t touched.

All of the employees were helpful and pleasant. They worked hard and efficiently. My car looked like new inside and out when they were finished! And the price was very reasonable.

They do good work here. I think some keys got locked in a car because there was a little delay in getting the cars through the wash.

My goodness This place is just amazing. This was my first time to visit and they did an Amazing job on my Truck. Look at the shine my truck has on it. The prices are very fair and not to expensive.

It’s a hit and miss. I haven’t gotten my car washed in a while because with kids it’s pointless sometimes. So when I get it done I get the works and look forward to a clean car. I got my seats shampooed this time, because they needed it. Although the seats were alright, I did notice were they just weren’t done at all. I wasn’t impressed with the interior wipe down either. The dash board wasn’t even wiped down and I’m going to have to wipe the streaks off my windows. Disappointed with this visit. Hopefully next time it will be better.

They didn’t do a good job on the interior vacuum. There were a lot of missed areas. I guess you get what you pay for price wise. But overall the rest of the car was clean and I would go back.

When I went home I found pollen on inside of hatchback door and on outside.

I always look forward to getting my truck cleaned when visiting. Always a great job, except this time. Had to clean my windows (streaked and not clean near the dash) when I got to daughters house. Dust still on the dash and the electric cord under my driver mat was dangling outside. Will have to replace the plugs on the ends.

I can never say enough good things about Premier Car Wash in Easley. I always ask for the same person and I always get the same high quality service. Kevin and Eric are top-notch managers! And Ill say it cuz Im sure its true, they deserve a BIG raise!

The girl at the sales both was very unprofessional, three cars in line and shes inside on her cell phone. She yells that she will be here in a minute and a minute later she did come back. She rang all three of us up and never put her cell phone down. Inside of this place has looked better. Signs all over about Covid protocol, yet not one employee was wearing a mask. Sales girl just got out of my truck as itcame out of the wash.....still on her cell phone. Thats got to be the oldest trick in the book to get alone time with my truck to rumage through my stuff. Why else would she need to leave the sales both to ride my truck through the was? Never seen a company represented by the first person you see like that. Drive 5 miles to waves in Powdersville. Half the price and much more professional. The one star I gave is too much. This was a good car wash 10 years ago.

Used them for the first time and want be back! The girl that takes your money is awesome! The issues I had was rug dust on my windows and bugs still on the front of my car. I keep Febreeze in my car and those darn people used my whole bottle without asking. I paid 35 and my car doesnt look clean. Again I want be back.

I went on an overcast day I needed my truck washed it had mud on the tires and mud on the body after they sent me away the first time because I had to unload some things out of the back of the truck I came back 30 minutes later they still were not happy I told the young lady please just give me my money back and I will leave and I wont come back there werent but two cars out front it had been washed they were no other vehicles it was 11 in the morning they were charging me extra to wash my tires because of the red mud with a regular wash they dont wash your tires they will have to scrub them if you have mud on them they charge extra and it aint cheap I think the fellow just did not want to have to scrub for tires and make them look clean and he proceeded to nitpick about a few things in the bed of the truck if Im going to spend $32 I will just take it to someone in Greenville do you wash it by hand in hand detail it I did not need to be hassled by these people so when I got my money back the woman sat back down in her chair and continue to play or look at whatever on her phone have you ever seen anybody push a rope that is hard to do other words of getting someone to do something dealing with them was too much like pushing a rope and I just decided I wasnt going to pay them to do the work that they did not want to do because it was too much like pushing a rope

Outsides of car wash is sub par, and the inside detailing was half finished, nothing was thrown away and only half of the dash, radio, and doors were even wiped off and zero vacuuming was completed

$35.00, and $9.00s in tips= sand still in the floormats, and dust on the dash. Windshield had smears! We do better going to an $8.00 drive-thru car wash, and wiping our own dash!

I paid $22 to get my car ran through a washer hardly even vacuumed out they didn’t even bother to move my child’s booster seat to clean behind it & it was still dusty like my dash wasn’t even wiped down I’m confused why they charge so much for such a poor clean??? I could’ve went through the 3min wash for $10 and vacuumed it out myself & it would’ve looked better then this smh

I purchased the highest-end detail they offered, which cost $40, interior and exterior. I waited an hour, and the price and the wait was definitely not worth the quality of work I received. I doubt Ill ever be back.

Currently in an incident dispute with the management over a spoiler on the back of my 2002 toyota sequoia. The pressure from the car wash ripped it off and the management refuses to replace it. Less impressive than it happening is how they have handled it. I filled out an incident report and when I came back to check on its status the manager said it took me too long to check on it that he threw it away and didnt have a copy. Then I filled out another one and never got a call back. He said he did, but didnt leave a message. The answer to the second incident report from corporate was that the car was too old to replace the spoiler. They have intentionally stalled the process and avoided paying for any repairs. When I asked the manager what the next step was since they denied the incident he said to take it to summary court. I will be taking this to the better business bureau as well as social media. He said he couldnt give me corporates number but would give my number to them. This is not likely based on previous experience. I run a small business, I get it, it stinks when things dont work right. But if you dont own up to it when youve done something wrong or your equipment takes parts off customers vehicles, it means you care about money more than people and that is the worst business strategy possible.

Have had them wash cars and trucks before. But today was the worse job I have ever had. Had to wash windows and tires after getting home. 2.5 hours in hot weather no fun repeat no fun

This car wash does an amazing job! I have several pictures and short videos of how they do a great job at detailing! The manager Eric here is ever so knowledgeable and works with his crew at the auto wash and the hand wash, wax and detail areas! Says a lot when you have a manager on duty working with his crew in the blistering sun. This is my first time here and I love it that Im recommending it all reading to give them a try!The bad reviews below dont understand that these people are human which human error can happen any time and any where. They are not slaves nor are they robots to make it perfect but this crew will help all they can and even the owner will do what he can plus the wait is worth it! Ive been waiting for 45 minutes to an hour and it is excellent wait time in the amount of work they put into these cars getting cleaned up nicely in beautiful clean detail! Dont come here if you are short on time or in a hurry if you want a team working on your car and then leave a bad review.They do have express packages where its a quick minor clean and go if youre that much in a hurry. Keep up the great job yall and see you next time! o/

Took my fairly new suv in and upgraded to premium wash and adfotional charge to armor all the interior. They were not busy. Only 9ne othet car thete while I was there. Jpon inspection. the front was still covered in bug carcasses and the hood still had dirt all over it. I asked for assistance and the young man told me that it was mold and mildew and he would have to scratch my paint to remove it. It was mud, not mold and mildew . My car stays in the Sun so it is not possible for it to be moldy nor mildewed. It does not sit under trees. He then got busy cleaning it off and I noticed the interior was also very sloppy and had not been well vacuumed. He took it away to vacuum it again. All in all I spent $47 and my car is still not clean. I will not fall for that again. The only saving grace for this place was the girl who took my money when I first arrived. She was super nice. The guy who did the final clean on my car parked it got out and walked away without a word.

Cant clean windows

The most thorough car wash and extra service you will find anywhere. The price is higher that your typical car wash because when the automated wash is over the manual service begins. They vacuum, dry, do windows and shine the tires. Please give them a generous tip.

Decent Service.There was no line to enter the wash, after being told to take my time, I picked up a few child toys from the back seat and then waited for several minutes as the service attendant watched me standing there as he casually spoke to another attendant. I don’t mind that several employees wear ankle monitors but working in a service industry....

Took two hours to great full service and I have cancer, if thete is no room they should stop excepting cars till they get the ones that came in first out! I saw a couple of people leave and were upset! This is a busy business I understand that but they need to be more organized.

I used to work here for a summer job, and I enjoyed it very much! My co-workers were very friendly and treated me like a little sister. They are some of the hardest working people Ive ever met. Im thankful Marcus, the owner, gave me my very first job!

I paid for the middle option and they didn’t even vacuum my trunk nor do a decent job wiping down the seats. I have gotten better quality cleanings for less the price. Never going back again.

This is the best car wash Ive been to! I was very pleased and happily surprised that they did as good a wash and detail job on my car as I could have done by hand on my own. Its very rare for me to come through a wash and have not one thing I want to redo or improve later. Definitely 5 stars for amazing service!

Was there last Saturday 24 bucks for the worst car wash ever. Wheels were dirty windows had to be washed when i got home. In my opinion tips are earned from good work not at this place. From the time you go up to the register to pay it starts signs asking for tips when they finished the guy had the nerve to ask for his tip. This place is dirty customer service stinks. Close up and move away.

It took a half hour to get to my car after it same out of the wash. I then watch 2 people wipe off my car with the same two rags for what seemed like forever. The were wiping the same spot over and over. In the end, car still not that clean $ 35 down the toilet.

Id give less stars of the option was available. I got a gift certificate for an ultra wash, I didnt have an hour to wait on my car to be washed. I came here because I had a certificate, and its supposed to be an express car wash. Not even close. I also had to wait to even tell the attendant which wash I wanted, because she was dividing up tips between her and other employees. Very unprofessional. When it was Nicks car wash, I never had an issue, and I got my car washed every few weeks. Font waste your money here.

Will not be bringing my vehicle here. Paid 32.95 for a half finished car wash. Failed to even vacuum out the vehicle. Did not clean all of the exterior. There are cheaper option that do an excellent job and are happy to service without having excuses.

Went to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee washed and they left the front passenger door open. Saw a few workers huddled around my car and walked over to investigate. I was told my car had a roof leak. Really???? Thats the best you can come with??? They finally acknowledged that the door had been left ajar. So not only are they incompetent they are also liars. If they had been upfront about it, I may have been a little more sympathetic. Accidents do happen but dont lie to me to cover your behind. I wont be back!

Amazing customer service, outside and inside cleaning was phenomenal. I recommend the interior detail package. I have 3 young kids and they make a mess daily and when Premier gets done with it my vehicle looks just like it did when I bought it brand new.

Got my van cleaned today & let me tell you, the gentleman that cleaned my car (who turned out to be the owner) was one of the nicest guys Ive ever met! He took his time and it was well worth the money! I will never again go to any car wash besides this one! My car looks new!

They take their time and do it right. If your looking for a quick half hearted job dont come here. You will have to wait about 45 minutes to an hour if you get a full package but its well worth the time to have a car that looks like it just rolled off the line.

Paid $24+ rather than the basic $15 so the inside of the car would be wiped down really well and vacuumed very well. When I got into the car, it didnt look like anything had been wiped own except maybe the dash. And the hatch cover had definitely NOT been vacuumed, although I discussed it with them beforehand. Very disappointed - not good even for a $15 car wash. The store in Seneca does a much better job.

These reviews just stun me! I’ve taken my car here for years and have only been dissatisfied once which they corrected immediately. The staff are great! Please don’t judge this place by these reviews. Go and experience them for yourself. I think they do awesome work and I wouldn’t take my car to people I didn’t trust!

Dont go here. Pay someone else to wash your car. If you wear anything that people working here dont agree with, you will leave with a dirty car. Back seat still had dirt in the floor board. Trunk lid still had dirt on it. Nothing inside was wiped down. Wasted time and money.

We drive between Anderson and Greenville frequently, and no kidding - weve actually started taking a slightly longer route sometimes just to take our cars through this carwash because they always do such an amazing and thorough job. I took my Mustang through after seeing how good a job they did with my daughters Honda and I was not disappointed. They even went as far as to completely dry off the mats after cleaning them so they wouldnt be put back in the car wet! Definitely 5 stars!

Spent 1 hour waiting on my car to be washed and upon completion found my passenger side mirror broken. Reported the mirror to the manager and they claim it was already broken. I had bought my car brand new 3 months prior and it was in perfect shape. DO NOT let these people touch your car. They will not accept any responsibility for their mistakes.

My very first experience here today was nothing short of amazing. They provided great service, great atmosphere, and most importanly, they are all great people. I didnt like my visit here as keys get locked in car and having to wait an extra hour for a locksmith to come, people are not friendly prices are to high your better off going to a spinx carwash where you dont get ripped off and is much cheaper and safer i highly do not recoMend this place its horrible☹️☹️☹️

Took my Nissan Murano to get cleaned today. Because it was so dirty, I didnt have high expectations that it would look spotless. Boy, was I wrong. When they were done, I didnt recognize the interior of my car. It was spotless. Thank you for exceeding my expectations! I will definitely be returning.

A sippy cup gets still in my car I still dont know what was in it to this stage but I had mold all in my back seat and in a matter of an hour and a 1/2 out a brand new car . Best car wash up ever been to

Ive been coming to this carwash for years... The management has changed during the yrs as well... Its a good carwash place just wish they paid more attention to the inside of the car.

Went there today and definitely didnt get my moneys worth. I paid 46.00 to wash the outside, vacuum and wipe down dash and vacuum out the trunk and 15.00 to shampoo the floor mats, which this was their recommendation because of dog hair. The wash was decent on the outside. The inside looked as if they didnt even vacuum my back floorboard or my back seat. I told the guy that and he said they did and it wouldnt come out. I usually take my car to a place in Greer, where I live, who does the same wash and clean for 21.99 and they ALWAYS get all the dog hair out without needing to shampoo my mats. Also, in the front I still had small stains around the cup holder that after leaving I took a napkin and wiped clean and the blue tape they put on the inside of your window to let the ones up front what type of clean to do was still there. They disnt pull it off and clean it so I had a long dirty streak on my window. Needless to say this was a terrible waste of money as I will be going home shortly and using my handheld vacuum cleaner to finish cleaning my floors and window cleaner to remove the long dirty streak. Oh, and also forgot to mention I have dirty hand prints on my drivers seat from the guys leaning in my car. I had to ask them to wipe it clean which they did but didnt get all of it. Ill be cleaning that myself too.

Spend 1 HOUR today getting my car washed. It should never take ONE HOUR to get your car washed unless you go here. I did not believe the previous posts and I should have. They did a decent job but it took ONE HOUR. I am not exaggerating, I got there at 12:40pm, paid at 12:55pm and sat and waited until 1:45pm.

This was the best car wash around has gone down some been going for years and they just do not clean as good.

I had my wifes car washed yesterday and went back today to have mine washed, which was a big mistake. I will not make that mistake again, as I dont have to pay $22.00 to drive a dirty car. Had to call an attendant for both cars to clean bugs off the front of both cars. The windshield was absolutely left nasty. Will not be back.

Erich is two faced. He called me crazy for detailing cars properly. He told me to just keep it simple because people only get what they pay for, yet when someone pays over $30 to have there car cleaned right he decides to talk amongst his employees like I’m stupid and I don’t realize what’s going on. And I see them laughing and smile, but when I asked him if there was a problem he starts spinning around telling me I’m talking crazy. And can’t even talk to me. I saw the appreciation from guests sending their children to hand me a huge tip because they appreciate me cleaning their car properly. Then he proceeds to not look me in the eye and tell me to just leave and he will see me on a pay day. So, I call on that pay day because I think I’m fired. But, instead he’s all nice and telling me the business is slow. So, I knew my pay wasn’t due until the next pay day, and I thought i was just going to receive severance pay early, but instead he strings me along when I come to collect my pay the following Thursday. Which he shorted me several hours for and I have to wait around for an hour for him to cut me a check to make up for it. He must think people, employees, guests in general are stupid and don’t realize what’s going on. So, he proceeds to tell me I can stay on pay roll and come in whenever I can or when he needs me there. In the mean time he’s shrinking his labor by doing this, never calling me, and every time I come by or call he tells me he doesn’t need me and business is slow. Then he fires my neighbor and tells him he can still work weekends and my neighbor called out this past Friday from my phone and I didn’t know that was why he needed to use my phone until I heard what he was saying when he used it. And, I couldn’t believe it. So, in good faith I called Erich immediately to tell him I could work and he said he didn’t want me there and hung up on me. So, I went over there and asked him if he was firing me. And, he said you can’t just come in when you please, you have to work full time and be there every day or not at all. So, I asked him if you’re firing me can I get my termination in writing. And he walked out of the building and left me standing at the desk after relaying what just happened to the female employees he had in his office using his computer and I’m waiting for a reply for definite termination and I see the females staring at me from the office laughing as he walks out of the building and leaves me standing there. So, I let that go and walk outside, and I tell him I can work full time, and he tells me he has a full team and doesn’t need me at all. Excuse me Erich for giving 100 & 10 % on my first day and being treated like a joke is not ok with me since day one. And you can’t even face me when I come to you with concern. My experience was a completely negative work atmosphere with the exception of a few good people with integrity other than Erich and his little friend zone. Oh, and by the way. Don’t make a mistake because Erich will threaten to fire you and tell you to go home without teaching you properly instead. Bottom line is. They don’t deserve my skills and they can run that car wash into a hole for all I care. And, I would like to speak with the owner, because I’m hoping they have more integrity than Erich does. Still waiting...

I took my brand new car with less than 4k miles on it to this car wash yesterday around 11am. As soon as I pulled up and wasnt greeted by anyone I should have left. Now I have had to clean my interior again. They left a wet rag on my passenger seat soaking it and leaving a big stain. They removed my custom fit floor mats drug them over to the hose soaked them front and back and reinstalled them now my carpet it wet under the mats not to mention those mats cost me $150.00 a week ago...total disrespect to my vehicle. The car still has bugs on the front and mirrors. My rims are dirty still what did I spend 22.00 bucks for its going to cost me more to fix there screw ups. 2 extra bucks for a small suv and 20 for a super wash dont waste your money...

Cleaning the outside of my truck was amazing, but the inside left my stereo face off never got put back, & things that were in the pockets of my seat were underneath the seats, wish they would of put things back to how they found it.

Was the biggest waste of my time and money. Still had bugs on windshield. So much armor all or what ever they use it stained my shirt. I had a bad experience before but I thought that maybe it was just that time. Oh no it has gotten worse.

Im giving this a 1 star because my brand new 2017 black Volkswagen Passat now has spider web scratches from the wash! I now have to go to my dealer and have it wet sanded and hope they come out! The wet sand should be paid for by this owner of the car wash! Its horrible. And I want to add, my car wasnt That dirty inside to begin with, but the handles were and the bottoms if the door, which I had to clean myself when I got home, but, paid them to do.
