Ive always received great customer service from any Enterprise Ive ever been to. Even though they didnt have anything available and neither did any of the other ones at the time they were extremely courteous and apologetic. This is still the only place I would ever rent a car from

This was my first time getting a rental car and it was such a pleasant experience. From the reservation online to returning the vehicle was great! I took advantage of their pick you up option and the driver was friendly and a great conversationalist. I ended up extending my rental and that was hassle-free. I paid $300 for my security deposit and ended up getting it all back once I returned the vehicle. They even offered to take me back home and that driver was amazing as well. All in all, I definitely recommend this location if you need a rental car. Thanks for everything!

This place is one of the most rude, unprofessional places I have been too since moving here. We were provided a vehicle through our insurance company after my boyfriends vehicle was in an accident, this was supposed to be for the duration of the repairs. There was an issue with this later on and the repair shop was taking longer to repair the vehicle so they were contacted about extending the rental. We were told by the auto shop and Enterprise that they would handle it and didn’t need us, as a third party, to do anything. This was on a Tuesday. We were then contacted on the following Saturday, at 11am, and told that the vehicle had an outstanding balance and needed to be paid on or returned. I attempted to explain to the man on the phone that there was supposed to be a set up with the repair shop and Enterprise where the auto shop would pay for it. He gave me the ultimatum of “return the vehicle or assume liability.” I asked him if it could wait until Monday when the auto shop was open to deal with it and the man got extremely rude and said it HAD to be dropped off today, in less than an hour, to the location. I attempted to ask him what his name was and HE HUNG UP ON ME. What professional business has customer service representatives that hang up on customers? So my boyfriend and I rushed the vehicle back to the Easley location right then. I checked in with the only woman working in the store. She took the keys and told me she would check gas (which we had just filled up the tank from the quarter they have it to us on) and mileage. My boyfriend and I waited outside for her to come check off the vehicle and she comes walking out with another customer (who had come in after me) to get his vehicle checked out. She was asked if she was going to check the vehicle out and she stated she was and we did not have to be there for that. Against our better judgment, we left the business. I looked at my credit card the next day and there was a $190 charge on my card! I called and asked what that was about and the woman stayed she charged a $100 cleaning fee for “dog hair and cigarette ashes” in the vehicle. I was appalled. No one had smoked in that vehicle, period. Furthermore, I have two VERY large dogs who would never be able to get into the backseat of the truck we had as there were no steps on this particular vehicle. She claimed it took her and hour and a half to clean the vehicle, which was a bold lie considering my boyfriend and I had vacuumed it out a few days prior due to all of the pine needles dropping and getting into the vehicle. I attempted to call the main number for Enterprise and got the pleasure of speaking to an incredibly rude woman named Kimberly, who completely dismissed my concerns about the poor customer service provided. I can definitely say I will NEVER use Enterprise again. They are shady and rude and don’t even deserve the one star I was forced to give them.

Everyone in this office is incredibly nice and helpful. I have rented 2 vehicles in the past 2 weeks as my truck is back and forth in the auto shop and the employees have been extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.

Dont waste your time or money at the Enterprise office on Calhoun Memorial Drive in Easley SC. The desk people are friendly enough, but the manager is shady, and could care less about customer service. He would rather sit back behind the scene, and mumble to his staff, rather than actually talking to a customer. Im seriously considering canceling my Enterprise Plus membership, because of this location.

Very happy with the month rental.... Jamil did such a great job of coming through for me on this SUV, told him we were going to be gone for several weeks and needed a good long haul vehicle. Jamil was able to secure a Expedition MAX, incredible ride. What I appreciated more than anything was his enthusiasim and willingness to go above and beyond. If I had a need for a professional sales person, I would do my best to hire him....Enterprise is very fortunate to have a quality person representing them!!!!

Have been a customer of Enterprise for years. Had another great experience with the Enterprise office in Easley, South Carolina around the holiday season, 2020/2021. The people the manager manages to find and hire for that office are the kind who consistently go out of their way to provide excellent service. A lovely young woman who had been promoted from car washer to an inside-the-office position multi-tasked today beyond all expectations. A couple weeks prior, another top-notch fellow gave me what turned out to be about my best Christmas gift of the year by finding a way to make a delightfully fun car that I would never have considered renting a possibility even for me. If youre trying to decide between nearby Enterprise offices and the one in Easley, Id recommend Easley. My recent experience here reminded me why, after all these years, I go straight to Enterprise when I need to rent a car, and dont even bother with comparison-shopping other car-rent companies.

Trying to get the family, the dogs, and the decorations to Charleston from Easley was quite a challenge, but Enterprise saved the day! The 15 passenger Ford van had room fr everything, plus it was clean and in excellent mechanical order! I made my reservations online, so picking it up was a snap! And the staff at the Easley, South Carolina are always so helpful and friendly! Enterprise is the ONLY place we use for car rentals!

Fast and easy pick-up and was able to drop off at the dealership where my car was. Nice car. I do wish they would not put all keys on the same ring. This car had two key fobs and it is really not user friend to carry around that much stuff also if my wife wanted a fob she would have to take both. We have used Enterprise in the past with great results but have always complained about the bunched key issue. I think if you separate them they charge you a fee.

Easley doesnt offer many car rental services. Enterprise is about the only place you can rent a car from unfortunately.The turnover staffing is not good. Their hours are very inconvenient. They are closed on weekends and holidays ( which is when most people want to travel), so of course their prices are astronomical!!Be very careful when reserving online. Their estimated pricing is nearly $100 different when you get to the counter. They told me that the system charged me for the wrong reservation, and still didnt receive my full reimbursement. Plus, I took it back a day early.Pay close attention, or they will overcharge you!

I have never had such a difficult time renting a vehicle in my life. We booked a reservation online for a vehicle, even called ahead asking what we would need to bring to their office which is 20 minutes away from me. We get there and are then asked to provide paperwork for proof of residency. Are you kidding me? Not only that, they had no vehicles available. I would never recommend this to anyone. If you dont have a major credit card then dont try to rent from them. Very frustrated!

Normally things are great! But last week we had a car break down because the mechanic messed up an oil change! We broke down in Columbia on our way to work in Florence. The breakdown cost us over $300 due to missing work that night! In the end all they gave us was 2 free days of rental! Our loss was the equivalent of a whole week of rental!!! The location manager gave us one day & her area manager only gave us one more day! Didnt care that it cost us over $300 in lost wages! On top of that, they change the rate every 4 weeks! U dont lock in the rate the first day! So one month u could be paying $234 a week. The next month it could jump up to $295 a week!!!

When I arrived to pick up my rental, a Chrysler Pacifica, I found that the vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke. I needed a minivan. We were leaving early the next morning for a 700 mile trip. There was only one alternative which also smelled of smoke. The van was bombed but it did not solve the issue. Also there was only one key available.I asked for a discount but that wasnt possible. When I returned a month later they charged a detail fee of $100. Come on a vehicle on a trip gets dirty after one month.

Arrived to the facility after placing a reservation through insurance a week in advance only to be told that since they didn’t have the right car to fit my “$25” per day price through insurance I would owe extra money every day. They did not even offer to waive the excess fees when they were at fault. Not good customer service. Went to hertz and they had plenty of options and took me right away and helped me.

Everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly but we were supposed to have a reservation for a car while ours was being repaired and none of the locations in our area had a car available. I called 6 different locations and none of them had a car. We also tried to call the day before to confirm our reservation but there was no answer after waiting on hold for more than 15 minutes.

Driver late picking me up/ had to wait a long time for them to complete some things on the computer....and to take me back to get my car.......also I my rental car was not cleaned up at all....the inside windows very dirty....the floors where floor Matts go need carpet shampooing.....the seating upholstery had food spots in a few places...needs shampooing as well. Other than that...all the staff were great people.

I had a great experience with this location. I had to drop my car off at the shop to be repaired and called Enterprise to come pick me up. A gentleman was there to pick me up within 10 minutes, maybe even less than that. We got to the office and we saw that the insurance company had not made a reservation for me. Heres where the customer service went from good to EXCELLENT: I did not have my phone on me so I did not have the claim number, my adjusters name, or even a way to call them if I did! They offered me a phone, spoke with the insurance company after I was connected, and got the rental set up. Well, the insurance company set my rental up for 4 days and the body shop called me after those 4 days and said they would need 4 more days. I called Miller and he said, No problem, well contact your adjuster for you. It was so easy, I didnt have to do anything! When I went to get my car out of the shop Wednesday (two days ago) they told me to just leave the rental car at the shop and that they would pick it up. Overall 5 out of 5, will definitely rent from in the future.

Very satisfied with the car we had. We had reserved a Ford Explore 2-3 wks in advance but it was understood they couldnt get one so the Buick was substituted. It worked out fine. Our reason for renting is we just didnt want to put the miles one our vehicles. We wanted the experience to drive the Explore as we are planning to purchase one & thought it would be nice to try it this way as well.Thank you.

Service was great all in all with one exception. A lady backed into the rental. Through the process of calling it in I found that none of the Enterprise’s databases talk to one another. This is the second time I had to deal with it. It would be great if when you call and tell one CSR all the info and you get a claim number that all anyone at Enterprise should do is pull that and bam there is all the info, no need to repeat all the info again and again.

We rented a full-size SUV to drive to the beach and were overall pleased with the experience. There were some issues with the vehicle itself, but probably more due to our inexperience with the 4-wheel drive (it floated when driving--difficult to maintain straight, but I think we had in the wrong setting). It did seem to pull a bit to the right on the road (alignment?), and when we turned sharply going around parking deck (tight curves) it seemed to make a clicking noise, then a popping sound when straightening back up.None of this is a deal-breaker--we mainly pointed it out to the reps for the sake of future customers satisfaction. We were well-pleased with the additional room, and are even looking at purchasing a full-size SUV for ourselves. We loved the back-up camera especially!

The windshield wipers werent good. Other than that their service was okay, it was a fast process of checking in and checking out.

This was once the best place ever to get my rental cars. but not so much on the last visit. It took over an hour to get my car that was reserved two-three weeks in advance and the car was not very clean at all and the gas light came on before I could get about a mile up the road. It is the closest one to my home but not sure if I will return.

I couldnt have asked for better customer service. I think the one who assisted me was Cassie, she was wonderful. However, I spent $5 out of pocket for air. The driver side front tire has a slow leak and the brakes need to be checked, they are not scrubbing yet, its coming though. Also I had to reset the oil change notification.I returned the car to the Seneca location and the staff there is just as awesome.

Let’s start with the car: the car was dirty, covered in food crumbs, trash and there were roaches in the car. The car had LESS than a quarter of a tank when they gave the keys over. The trunk didn’t open properly and the second row seats were inoperable if you wanted to get to the 3rd row.The staff: we addressed this issue and they didn’t care. Blew it off like it wasn’t THEIR problem. Now I understand the poor reviews for this location. I hope this location re-evaluates their lack of customer service or just closes all together.I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. If your insurance agency recommends them.. tell them no and ask to use another service because you’d rather drive your broken car instead of a roach infested piece of garbage.

I highly recommend them over Hertz. Hertz had no cars even though my insurance made a reservation weeks in advance. Got my reservation moved here and even though they had no cars (understandable since I had to get the request moved from hertz) they helped me find a location that had a car.

Rented a cargo van through them. I made the rental online 3 days in advance. The day before I was to pick up the van I got a voicemail saying that no cargo vans were available. When I called to ask how that could be the rep eventually called back saying they had located one so we were good to go. So, I got the items moved with the van that I needed it for, and on the way home, an hour and a half away, the windshield wipers give out. It was 33 degrees and pouring to rain! I had to have the van picked up and get a ride on my own to the nearest location that was open and get a replacement vehicle to get home. Then they called me Monday morning wanting to know where the cargo van was? ?

Thirteen years ago I rented a car from enterprise and had an accident. I arranged for payments and paid the entire amount in full within two years of the incident, but had a “do not rent” marked on my name. For some reason, Enterprise, hasn’t removed this mark. Every time I call to rent I go through the same crap – I’m told they can’t rent it, but after a couple hours of research they profusely apologize to me admitting that I shouldn’t be black listed.Knowing that issue, I called this location two and a half hours before my pick-up time to warn them I would be black listed and would they please research it immediately and resolve the issue. I explained this multiple times. I was told that there was no issue with my account and that I would be picked up at 5:30. That time came and went. I called them. They had found the mark on my account like I said they would, but when they did, instead of researching like I had originally asked them too, they called me – or claimed to call me (there’s no record on the cell phone number I provided Enterprise customer service the night before).On route to the store, the employees put me on speaker. They didn’t realize I could hear them because they were talking nasty about me. After speaking with the district manager, I was assured that the problem would be solved in the long term. It’s been a week and he hasn’t bothered to call me back.This location is an absolute joke. They have no common sense and theyre dishonest.

I do not know what happened to the store.. it was really incredible the company has great faith in the manager but the manager told me he will not rent a car to me because I talk too loud he sent me to Greenville... and theres something wrong with your windows the windows are never clean you allow smokers to smoke in the car and you dont clean the cars you claim that you charge the smokers that deposit seems to me you could clean the windows for that deposit...

I was very impressed with all the personnel at the Easley SC office. They all were friendly, professional, and you could tell they all had a great working relationship with each other. I rate them a one star because they made me wait outside when i returned my rental car because my ride that was picking me up did not get there by 6. It was cold and rainy they turned out the lights and let it be known that they were ready to leave. Very poor customer service who does that to Customers?
