Sales process, prior to signing, was very good. I was definitely treated with respect, which is why other dealerships lost my business. Financing went very well. But dont buy for the perks. Now that Im dealing with the service department Im underwhelmed. Loaners for life feels more like, maybe they will have one but unless reserved weeks in advance, they wont and they dont offer proactively, you have to remember to request. Now Im writing this from the waiting room of the service department. There are no vending machines or complimentary snacks....which if the dealership management reads this is a loss of revenue, Im hungry and trapped... I tried to buy $1000 worth of accessories and installation but no one could answer my questions about functionality and no one offered to find out. So I called Mazda and will order online and probably have installed at another dealership. Also tried to refer another customer because we loved the sales experience so much but the sales person never called back... so keep the sales process but improve the after sale experience.

Ive only had two service appointments following the purchase of my CX-9 but have been impressed with the staff, the service, and that I didnt have to wait any longer than expected. Anything that was needed was explained to me and I received ample notifications about my upcoming appointment and notifications to leave a review. If there is anything at all negative about the experience, its that I have received so MANY requests to review the service experience. I know this is important and many things are based on positive reviews, but I feel that if I dont leave a review immediately, Ill get repeated requests to do so via text, email, and phone, from several different people. Its not a problem and not really a complaint, but Ill do it as soon as I have the chance!
