When we began the remodel of our dated kitchen, I had no idea what transformation I was in store for! When I thought I had my dream kitchen layout, Ana showed me potential that I didnt even think was possible. She came to our home and listened to how WE used our space, and created new designs that not only gave us an unexpected island, but didnt increase our budget beyond our original amount. I was impressed that the clients satisfaction was more important than an increased sale.Even during the 2020 unpredictability, our cabinets arrived on time, and installation was completed as promised. Our lead installer, Patric was so responsive to questions, and there were many! He was very professional, engaging and polite. I was pleased with the follow up, when another contractor damaged a drawer when installing the countertop, Andrew and his co. didnt hesitate to order a replacement immediately. Blue Ridge had the best prices on new cabinetry (manufacturer: Fabuwood), but unfortunately Andrew & teams communication on our design and install were subpar. There were a couple of times I felt the team didnt take responsibility for poor quality of service, but I guess you get what you pay for.In my opinion, the team rushed to a quick sale instead of using their expertise to give us the best kitchen cabinet design. As a result, we have a blind corner that couldve easily been avoided and some other issues with the design. We did sign off on the drawings, so our fault for not checking every detail and asking better questions-- we dont do this everyday for a living. Unfortunately when we brought up the design flaws, Andrew just pointed out that we signed off and didnt accept any responsibility for overlooking these issues or offer any fixes.The most egregious problem was when we upgraded to a custom island top and Blue Ridge forgot to order it in the 7 month period between deposit and installation. When it finally arrived, it had a dent in the top and Andrew insisted it was a natural part of the wood. Clearly it wasnt, but we had no recourse but to accept the top. Andrew didnt offer to correct it or take responsibility at all for the dent, so we figured after the other headaches wed been through wed just manage.In general, if you want a cheap job, definitely pick Blue Ridge, but dont expect them to own up to any mistakes (and they will make mistakes).

Andrew was amazing to work with. He designed the cabinets for the renovation of our kitchen and master bathroom. The cabinets are beautiful and of very high quality. He connected us with both Premier Design (installation and renovation work) and Upstate Granite Solutions (countertops). All three worked together seamlessly.

Blue Ridge Cabinet & Design (BRCD) designed, built and installed cabinets for our complete remodel project. We purchased cabinets for the kitchen, master bathroom and a guest bathroom. The kitchen includes a large center island with drawer and cabinet storage space and a built in space for an open drawer microwave. An array of upper and lower cabinets and drawers along two sides of the kitchen and a wood vent hood for the stove. The master bedroom cabinets allow for two sinks with drawers and cabinet storage. The guest bathroom is the same design as the master, with one sink.All of the design and construction of the cabinets ended up very beautiful in all white woodwork and soft close drawers and doors. The cabinet based have really nice feet to make them stand out in contrast with our pine floors in the kitchen and tile in the bathrooms.BRCD made sure that cabinet installation was complete without complication and they took extra care to make sure we were satisfied with the final product, including installation of cabinet pulls that were exactly what the boss (wife) wanted.For high quality cabinets at a reasonable price, Blue Ridge Cabinet & Design is highly recommended.

After interviewing 10 Kitchen & Cabinet companies for a complete kitchen renovation, we selected Blue Ridge Cabinet and Design. This decision was based not only on their friendly, like-able nature, but also on Andrews vision of what our kitchen could look like. Through multiple design iterations, He worked with us to create a kitchen layout that was much better than my original plan. The 3D renderings were very beneficial for us to confirm our design decisions. We are very pleased with the cabinet design that Andrew advised would fit in best in our unique house. The cabinets, hinges and drawer slides have shown to be great quality based on a couple years of usage (even with 2 young children). Cabinet delivery was on time. Andrew responded very quickly to the couple of small issues identified during installation. I will continue to use Andrew for future projects!

This company operates based on fraudulent business practices. Absolutely the worst company to work with. Ive built countless amount of homes in the past and this company is extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable in the cabinet industry. The company owner himself came out and took measurements of our kitchen and bathrooms. Once we placed an order and paid a deposit, it was impossible to get ahold of them. It took me an entire month to finally schedule delivery after they had received the cabinets at the shop. We ordered semi custom cabinets that he said are built in the US, at a premium price, however when we received the cabinets, the labels on the cabinets indicated that they were built in China and the layout did not line up with the kitchen window and the range. We ordered a ceiling high, built in pantry with roll out drawers, however the pantry cabinet he delivered had standard shelves. The fridge also did not fit into the opening because the cabinets were incorrect dimensions. I contacted the office manager Andrew, I believe he is also the owner, about the issue, he yelled at me about being an extremely problematic customer and hung up on me. This company ripped us off on the cabinets and is not willing to do anything to fix the issue they created. Save yourself a headache and STAY AWAY. Take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other honest companies that will meet your needs. Will never work with them again.

I put a great deal of time and effort into the planning of my remodel. I researched most products on the market, visited different companies from Taylors, Greenville, Easley, and Seneca. I was most impressed with the time designer, Ana, and owner, Andrew, took to answer all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I wanted. They offer a superior product for less money than most of their competitors. From start to finish, the experience was a great one! The installers were professional, very skilled, and did the job quickly! The finished product was even better than I could have imagined!! I highly recommend you consider this company.
