Ben and crew did a great job sitting down with us multiple times to discuss this job. They were always patient and helpful with information and options. The crew showed up on time and removed our old floor in a day (a slight flood unfortunately) and had the new floor down in 2 days. Eagle flooring and design installer did a terrible job installing the carpet of my elderly parents brand new home with huge rolls in the carpet becoming very apparent after only a little over one year of living in the home (install warranty was up after a year). This is an indication of incorrect install due to lack of stretching. Because the warranty was up my folks hired another company to stretch the bedroom carpet and they said it was never stretched initially. My parents neighbors are having the same problem and since the rolls in the living room were getting bigger I decided to talk with EF&D. When I spoke to Robby from EF&D he said the carpet was good and that theyve only received two complaints about install in 15 years. He said it was installed correctly but how does he know that since he wasnt working there at that time. Robby told me that people cant tell if it was stretched or not. EF&D is taking no responsibility for the problem. So now my folks have to have all furniture moved out and have the carpet stretched throughout the rest of the house. What a drag. If it was done right the first time this wouldnt be happening. Beware that EF&D will not take responsibility for incorrect installation.

My company had about 1,200 square feet of Mannington Adura Max installed at our downtown office. The team at Eagle Floors & Design were all professional, highly competent and very friendly. Ww would certainly do business with them again. The flooring and the install has stood up very well over the last 2+ years. Very satisfied.
