The gentleman who works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to change the battery in my watch pretty quick and set the time for me when he was done.The price to change the battery was very reasonable. He taught me a couple things I didnt know about my watch.He definitely got a repeat customer from me.

This is by far the best please to get any type of watch service done. The owner is a complete pro and a real watch master. I’d highly recommend it for cheap basic watches to high-end luxury watches.

Several years ago I stumbled on this place after I bought a very nice watch that needed a new battery & the case wouldn’t open for anyone (until I brought the watch here). He seems to be a watch expert! I was extremely impressed!

Had a watch that needed a battery, called and than went over. He was very pleasant and quick. Within 10 minutes I had my watch with the correct time and he cleaned the face and bank too.

I just picked up my Seiko watch which was repaired. The watch is from the 70s and it is great to be able to use this again. It might be an amtique, or old but it runs as good as it did when it was new... .maybe better. Great Job

Ten years ago, one of my favorite watches, an old mechanical watch, broke when I dropped it. I took it to several watch repair facilities in Los Angeles and nobody could fix it. Brought it to Ira and--viola!--he fixed my watch! I am so happy!!!

Had what i needed very friendly a pleasure spending my money there.

I was having trouble with a Seiko watch band pin which was defective from the factory. The watch was only a few weeks old, purchased new. Trying to get a replacement pin from Seiko was problematic from the standpoint that just getting to talk to someone was impossible on their automated system. Timekeeper was recommended by another local clock/watch repair shop in Boise.I presented my watch and explained the problem. Within 5 minutes the owner had found an identical replacement which was not defective and would remain in place during normal wear and had it replaced in the band. The repair was easy and very affordable. Rather than being without my new watch for weeks to wait for warranty repair, this was a MUCH better option.I have quite a few watches that I will definitely take here first if anything should cause problems in the future. I had an antique watch that needed a few links taken out . No one would touch it. Someone told me that I needed to take my watch to a person not a place. And this was the person. Fix me up in a few seconds and didnt try to sell me a new watch :-)
