If I could award 10 stars it wouldn’t be enough. I’d detail the saga that lasted months with other businesses including the dealership!!! but don’t think you’d care to read through but basically Mark was a bulldog and champion when diagnosing my issue of “no sound” in my 2013 ML 350. Unfortunately due to OEM I was forced to go through the dealership after they had incorrectly diagnosed my issue. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and I’d highly recommend him for your sound system needs! Thank you, Mark. You are my hero!

This shop was recommended by the Ford dealership where I bought my vehicle with the premium sound over 15 years ago. Mark is incredibly knowledgable. He gave me an estimate for what he thought was wrong over the phone, removed the stereo in less than 10 min. He taught me what caused the problem in the first place (forcing a disc back in when it wasnt loading) fixed the volume button and had it ready by the next day. When i came to pick it up he taught me many things about my stereo I wished Id known all these years to enjoy it even more. Very reasonable price too-! Very thankful for this persons skill!

I took my old M&K subwoofer in on Friday and Mark knew exactly what was going on very quickly. He had it fixed and put back together within minutes. Great service and great price. I will be back next time I have a stereo component issue, for sure!

The radio in my 2005 4Runner stopped working. Mark Waterman got it working again! It is great to work with someone who enjoys fixing things that may be old but that are still valued.

I bought a used car that came with a TV/VCR that had a movie stuck in it and Mark took it out of our car one day and repaired the ejecting system and had it ready to go back in our car next day. Fair price and good work. I highly recommend him.

I called mark and told him what was going on with my car radio. He told me what to do to fix it and explained what was going on. Didn’t even need to go see him to get it fixed I did it myself in 5 minutes! I called MULTIPLE stereo repair shops around Boise and nobody knew how to fix my problem. Call him he is awesome!!!

Mark will do you right! Hes quite knowledgable and professional. Hes also flexible, extremely reasonably priced, and I highly recommend him. He got our radio/CD player out of the car the same day we called, and had it fixed the next morning. I brought the car back the next day, and Mark had me back on the road in 10 minutes with a fully functional audio system. In my opinion, if you have a car audio issue, this is the place to take it.

This rating is based on his customer service skills and how he talks to his customer. I would be appalled if I treated people like trash the way he does. His repairs are good though.

I brought in my in my 2004 H2 Hummer for a non-functioning multi CD changer. The owner Mark got more than he bargained for; the entire middle console, box & shiftcase cover had to be removed to remove the rather large dash panel to get to Radio/CD changer. The CD changer repair was done in a matter of minutes, compared to the labor time of removing and replacing the multi-section console which was a much larger job. A dealership/garage fix would have cost hundreds more with their labor cost. I dont know if Mark would take on the removal part of this type of repair again, but one could probably negotiate the on their 2004 H2 Hummer repair job needs!Thank you, Mark, for taking care of me and my H2s music melody.Cheers, Kelly
