They never deliver my package. they always excuse them self by saying address was incorrect.

I would give it zero stars if i could. Im very upset that in 10 years they only ever delivered 1 package to my house. The rest is couldnt find address. Worse UPS and need to replace all the lazy people asap!

The ladies working there were very helpful when my friend and I were needing something urgent from another state in order to travel onto Mexico. They not only provided the right solution for us, they also offered good tips for our journey down south.

Needed to get in contact with specific driver for a missing package and no one answered the phone.

They told me to dial from 10am to 11am and they didnt answer me, then to dial from 9pm to 10pm and they didnt answer me either. Whats up with that? What are we playing?
