This company is about to be sued for loss of income our family had to endure! We were assured that furniture was going to be delivered on a Friday. We even called them that day making sure! I took work off to help my daughter with this delivery and live 2 hours away! Her furniture wasn’t delivered and she wasn’t even given a courtesy call from them letting her know that things changed! Unacceptable!!! Her furniture was finally delivered on Tuesday with a major rip in the couch! Unbelievable!
Fast and forward with customer service! I never had to wait for a representative to give me an update on my delivery. Very efficient and such great people to chat with during the installation process. They were in and out and left zero mess behind. Finally, a good service experience!
Where do I even start! Our furniture was supposed to be delivered on a Friday—we took work off for the delivery. This company couldn’t even give us a courtesy call letting us know that it was NOT going to be delivered!! It got rescheduled for a Tuesday (so 2 days of work missed for their mistake). When it finally got delivered, our box and our expensive leather couch was severely damaged!!!!!!! Unacceptable!
Very polite & professional. Carefully carried each box upstairs. No damage to furniture being delivered or walls. Put furniture together quickly & correctly. Removed all boxes & packing materials. Didnt leave until I assured them that everything was exactly the way I wanted it. Excellent experience!
The 2 delivery guys that delivered my tv were very professional and perfect to deal with. I wish more companies had people like them working for them. They were a perfect representation of your company.

The delivery guys were great and friendly. They took. Are of my home and the items that they were delivering. They assembled and tested the items and showed me how the operation was to be. They cleaned up and was out in about 45 minutes. Wow! Great job guys!
Bed purchased 3/11 it is 3/31 the bed was dropped off in my garage. This is so called white glove service. I paid for delivery and assembly as well as removal of my old bed. I am 100% disabled and Now I HAVE NO BED to sleep in. I saw they had a two star rating. I had no idea how much it was over-rated. BBB is good reading too if you are considering them.
I ordered a VERY expensive appliance over 3 months ago. I have called daily looking for an update and have been hung up on, lied to, and ignored. Allegro lost my appliance over a month ago and is not taking responsibility for it. I’ve been told “I’ll call you back in 20 minutes with an update” almost every time. This is ridiculous. I should not have to call a company every day looking for my appliance that I purchased and they lost. Very unhappy with how they handle customer service and would never use them to ship anything you want in a timely manner!
Great service! From scheduling to delivery, they were friendly, communicative, efficient and on time. Took care with the items being delivered. Highly recommend!
We finally received our chairs today from Valencia. So far we are pretty happy with the chairs, but mostly with the guys that delivered and set them up. They were very careful with our furniture and set them up quickly and had us test them out. They wore their masks the entire time and were very pleasant to work with. Try to get Mario and his crew! He called about 40 minutes before arriving and let us know he was on his way. He showed up on time, came in and assessed the area where the chairs would be going and got right to work. I would do business with Mario again!
The two delivery gentlemen, were very efficient and friendly. They cleaned up all the packing materials and made sure I was happy before they left.
We had fantastic delivery & set-up of a treadmill service by Mario. He was extra careful on a snowy day to move his truck after unloading to ensure it wouldn’t slide down the driveway. Both guys wore masks the whole time & were very courteous. I’d highly recommend them. Thx for the great service!
Something must have changed recently. I had a bed delivered. I communicated with Jill in Customer Service, and she was very good and consistent in her communication. Our bed arrived five days after we ordered it and they set it up with the adjustable base remarkably fast. The delivery drivers were nice and friendly. Maybe people forget to review when things ARE good. That’s unfortunate that people only know how to complain. Thanks much!
I ordered a bed frame feb 26th off amazon with a delivery date of March 11... today is March 23 and still no delivery date in sight. Every day I call deal beds ( where the frame is from) customer service there is nice, but no one can give me an answer as to when this will arrive they can’t seem to contact the carrier .. allegro home delivery.. I heard the frame was in NC over a week ago. I’m in NJ and still nothing. They give you the run around and just keep saying someone will call you back but try never do, and if they do they have no more knowledge than the first time you spoke to them. Horrible service!
The worst experience I ever had with a delivery company! I paid for the white glove service from Valencia theater seating and allegro was supposed to bring in home and install. They instead arrived in the cover of night at 11:10 pm. Of course I have video surveillance of them sneaking the seats quietly on my driveway and leaving without knocking or ringing my bell. Earlier that day i was told by felipe that my order was to arrive between 5:30and 6:00. I will give an update after the result of me filing a formal complaint.
Allegro came to pick up an order from my driveway, then they dumped all their trash, containers, cardboard and foam packaging illegally in my dumpster, from their prior deliveries. Now my basement contractor has no room to put my construction debris!!!
Not only are the not competent but they are unorganized and unprofessional. I was recently hired there and told that we dont have many procedures, we want you to be independent thinkers. They use this against employees when errors occur. They tried to blame me for something another lead was responsible for and when they couldnt make it stick they told me the same day they had to let me go because buisness slowed down..It slow down that much since Feb 9th which was my first day?? But this is also how they run there buisness. Poorly and with a lot of excuses and back door bs..
Treadmill delivered and set up before expected! Thought I was going to have to wait weeks. Delivery crew courteous and cleaned everything up after they were finished.
Both men were very nice and very efficient in doing there job.
I am so disappointed in the service I received by the Allegro Home Delivery team. First of all I ordered these beds on 12/10/20 and was told that they would be sleeping on them in 2wks or less. This is my grandparents home and they did not get to try out their beds which have a 30 day trial period, before leaving for Florida on 1/8/21. Which means whether they like it or not, they are stuck with the beds when they get back, even though it shows the beds were in Allegros possession 8am on 12/24/20. On Monday, 1/4/21, I called and spoke with Jessica at Allegro who gave me a 2 hour window of 1:30-3:30 on Saturday 1/9/21, which is 17 DAYS after Allegro received it! And I had to call them, they never called me.On the delivery day, I waited here until I couldnt stay any longer and then my father took over and they did not call to say they were running late and did not show up here until 5:10PM, almost 2 hrs after the appointment window had closed.. My father assisted them with a forklift to get easily into the 2nd floor bedroom. If it was just me here they would have had to carry them up the stairs. He said they were rude and completely unprepared. They did not even have a knife with them to get the boxes open, so my dad lent them his pocket knife and they STOLE IT. They did not pick up after themselves and were about to leave stuff everywhere, they didnt even want to take the boxes and said they are on your forklift, they are your problem now. I cant believe this is what is being called WHITE GLOVE SERVICE. They ran out of here so fast and never showed my father how to work the beds or thanked him for the forklift assistance... or for the knife they stole from him.Unbelievable all the issues I had with Allegro and trying to get my grandparents adjustable beds. I would never trust them to do anything in my home or the home of any family member or friend again.
We ordered an adjustable bed from Craftmatic which was delivered eventually. They use Allegro Delivery Service. We paid $190.00 to have the bed set up at the time of delivery. One delivery man arrived alone with his paperwork stating under “Special instructions” that “2 men white glove delivery” will set up the bed. The delivery man didn’t even have a screwdriver with him and said it was not his job to set up the bed, just deliver it and was just going to leave the 200 pound bed at the door. My husband and I are both retired and well past the age to wrestle with a 200 lb. bed. The delivery man was kind enough to stay though to help my husband put it together. So with using my husband’s tools and reading directions they did get the bed set up after 2 1/2 hours. Now we are trying to get the $190.00 back for self setup. These people do not call back or say to call back and talk to a manager who are either not there or in a meeting when you do. Horrible service!
Delivery was scheduled for 4pm showed up at 1pm and left. Rescheduled for 2 days later for 3pm, called at 11am saying they were 45 minutes out. Did not stick with delivery schedule at all.
Allegro was great. The in home assembly of my furniture exceeded my expectations. Absolutely recommend using their service!
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The worst company I have ever dealt with in my 25 years existing on this earth!!!!!! All they do is lie and completely talk you in circles without ever solving any issues. They differ blame to the other companies that they transport for. Any business that uses this logistics company should not be trusted.
The delivery crew was on time and they delivered and set up a treadmill quickly. Im shocked they didnt have better reviews because my experience was great.
Horrible service. I wasnt able to select who to use for this delivery service. Its who the company used. Dealbeds.com uses them. The price of the mattress was fantastic compared to others, but this home delivery service is far from great, its far from horrible because horrible service would be better than what they provide. I was told 1-2 weeks shipping if thats what Im being told thats what I expect. Now Im being told another week due to the great covid. Covid this covid that, blah blah blah. Plenty of businesses are thriving in the face of covid. I even asked to come pickup the mattress at the warehouse where my mattress is sitting collecting dust. They said no! Why? Because of covid. I also had to call and schedule the delivery, it sat in their warehouse for 4 days with no intent on calling me. If you are so scared of covid and cant get the job done then close up shop. Ill be asking businesses from now on who they use for delivery services and if allegro comes up I wont be buying from them. Yes nobody is perfect, but your lack of commitment to customers is something you can control, close your doors till you can be fully staffed or no longer afraid of covid.
It took Allegro a week to get my recliner fromOrlando to Indianapolis. It is a 2 day drive.Allegro refused to tell me who was deliveringmy Chair to me locally. Very Poor Service.Would not reccommend anyone use Allegrofor anything.

From everyone else’s experience to mine, your company has not changed. It has been a week now, yet your company states a call within 24-48 hours for delivery after shipment has arrived. Then I proceeded to get the spiel about it’s a third party company. Regardless of the fact, it’s is YOUR responsibility as a company to uphold this standard. You have not. Then I get the lecture about COVID, let me be glad to inform you, many companies have succeeded through this pandemic, yet your company is falling through the cracks. Many companies put measures in place to ensure the safety of its employees and their customers. COVID can’t effect anyone of us if all we do is play phone tag with your company in the first place! I will expect nothing less but a call from corporate management. If I do not receive this by close of business Friday, I will make sure the BBB and FTC is informed and we will go from there. The choice is yours Allegro.
Exact same experience as everyone else. My item has been in my city for a week now. I call every day, same response our local team will call to schedule the delivery, today or tomorrow. Its literally the same response every day and nothing happens. If you ever needed to hide a dead body, just ship it with Allegro Home Delivery; no one would ever find it! What a joke.
Worse experience ever, customer service very professional but delivery people keep changing delivery time. We ordered a bed from Amazon, it was supposed to be here yesterday 12 to 6, they canceled at 9pm and rescheduled for today 10 to 2pm. its al.ost 8pm. still waiting
****DO NOT USE**** Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Cant believe that Amazon uses them. Ordered a large item from Amazon, and it was shipped by Allegro Home Delivery. Was supposed to arrive in my local area on 16 Oct. I have called each day since. They fed me the same line everyday: Our delivery team will take possession of your item this afternoon, and call you to schedule your pickup. Never received a call. When I called them back, I was told that the delivery team is taking possession of the item this afternoon, and will contact you to schedule a delivery time. When I tried to explain to the customer service representative that I have been told the same thing for 3 days, he fed me the same line, and wont allow me to pick up the item that I PAID FOR! Ultimately, he said if I have a problem, to contact Amazon. If you can avoid using this company, please do so. They are horrible.
Same experience as everyone else. Delayed three weeks and in the end delivery partners won’t help to move it to your room. Item is also slightly damaged upon delivery.
I ordered an item on 11/17 that was supposed to show up from 11/25 through 12/05. On the 6th it had now showed up yet but showed that they were supposed to be called to schedule delivery so on the 9th I had received no call so I called to see what was going on. They said that they had the wrong number for me so they werent able to schedule to deliver it. I gave them my number and it was the one that they had but they said that they couldnt bring it until the 13th because the truck only came this way on Friday. So they said that they would call to schedule it. On Thursday I called and they said that it wouldnt be sent until the 20th so I wltold them to just send it back. They said that they would pull some strings and get it here by Monday the 11th. I said ok fine send it. So they called on Monday and said that it would be Wednesday because of weather delays. Then Thursday from 11 to 2. So I waited at home from 11 to 2 and nothing.so I called and they said it would be here Friday. So I asked them where is it physically at and drove over an hour to go pick it up . It took a month and 2 days.
Terrible service to use. The items were on hand destination on Mar. 11th took ten days to be delivered, only to find out they lost half of my shipment.So now I have half a new bed.
Be Warned This Company need to hire People (yelling) THAT HAVE A CLUE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND BAD I DID NOT WANT THIS SERVICE!The product still has not arrived, ALL I GET ARE EXCUSSES.
