Worst I repeat the worst management experience I have ever worked with!! The manager Jim doesnt care about his workers I worked there for about 3 years great co workers the owner is awesome but the only thing the company lacks on is management. No social skills whatsoever,bashes on thier workers when they make a mistake...I would think twice before working there....

Ive used Daisy Carpet Cleaning three times (once for carpet and twice for an upholstered sofa) and really appreciate their work. The staff members communicate clearly as to the price and appointment time, and the resulting work always exceeds my expectations.

Upcharged for pet odor areas. Before they had mentioned it i did not even notice the smell. I agreed to the additional price from what was quoted initially but after they were done and the carpets had dried the smell was very noticeable. Very strong odor. Not sure why i paid to have my carpets smell a hundred times worse than it did. The people were nice tho.
