Very nice people. They will review my insurance even though I didnt ask just to make sure Im satisfied or need something else. They care.

I had these jokers for home and auto for 15 years. Every time I talked to them they always wanted to sell something or add coverage I didnt need. Also, if you do file a claim get ready for excuses and how youll lose all the discounts youre getting that the sales staff really cant explain.Final straw was when I bought a new vehicle. After I got an eye popping proposed increase I decided to shop around. Switched to Auto Owners and ended up saving $1400 a year on home and auto with the new car versus my coverage with Todd without the new car. The coverage is exactly the exact same.When I called their office they really didnt care.Anybody thats been with Todd for more than a few years should shop around. Hes friendly and a great salesman but I probably spent close to $10,000 over 15 years I didnt need to.

Todd and his team are far and away the best insurance agency Ive dealt with. Whether I have a simple question about home insurance or car insurance, Todd and his team are always ready to help in whatever capacity needed. 5/5 would recommend to anyone in the twin cities area!

My biggest concern in finding an insurance agent was someone I could trust to help my wife through a claim if I was not around. Todd is extremely considerate, thoughtful, thorough, and responsive. He worked through a LOT of specific revisions at my request, and never tried to push coverage I didnt need. In fact, he found ways to get the coverage I wanted at a lower price using his knowledge of underwriting requirements.His office regularly emails me to make sure things are going well and to invite his clients to (free) community events. In short, hes very engaged with his clients, he does what is best for the client and not the bottom line, and I trust him to be there if/when I need him.Disclosure: I have been employed by Allstate in Claims, but this has not influenced my opinion. As someone with experience in the industry, I can tell the difference between a good, bad, and excellent agent. Todd would objectively fall in the excellent category.

This agency is amazing! Terri is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She is always making sure that I have the proper coverages for Auto and home, at the current reasonable rate. I had got a quote from another company, could not even come close for Auto. I will be staying with Allstate!
