How can I rate these people in one sentence: threes guys are great! I have been with Nick and his agency since he took over when Roger Schnaser retired. They are prompt to return calls if you have to leave a message, but that is rare - someone is there to answer the phone and take immediate action on any concern or to assist in filing a claim. Special thanks to Sandy for her help through these past couple of years when our family was experiencing some very difficult times and recently my dealings with Jeff and the storm damage we have at the lake place. I highly recommend this agency because of their compassion and hard work, its what you want and need from your insurance people when disaster strikes and when you just have a question or two.

I have had State Farm Insurance for over 50 years. They used to be fair and dependable. We had recent hail damage, along with 3 adjacent neighbors, who have different insurance companies. The other 3 neighbors had their damaged roofs replaced with no problems by their insurance companies. I was surprised and disappointed that State Farm continues to fight my claim for a roof replacement. Ive reviewed other insurance companies and found that they are less expensive, with better coverage and really good reviews for paying claims.

Initially worked with Jeff for an auto plan. Ended up getting a number of additional services. Saved money (from previous providers) and couldnt be happier.My wife and I never felt like we were being sold. Felt Jeff was genuinely interested in getting us what our family wanted/needed. I didnt work with anyone else (directly) at the office, but seemed like a nice operation overall. I would recommend speaking to Jeff Doocy who seems like an all-around nice guy (rather than the smarmy insurance salesman our family is used to). Talk to Jeff, hell be very up-front about which services will save you money and which make sense for your situation.
