They really care about their customers!!! I have had car insurance through Leannes agency for years with excellent service and communication. My wife and I just bought our first home and called to inquire about home insurance and Rochelle immediately went above and beyond! She advocated on our behalf with the mortgage company, and even found discounts that we were eligible for which resulted in my wife and I actually getting checks in the mail! That never happens! She was the best part of all of the red tape of being a first time home buyer. They really care and want the best for their clients and it really shows! I would recommend them to anyone, and I will be a customer for life.

I had been moved to a new State Farm agent because my previous agent had closed her office. I wasnt given any choice as to who would represent me nor given any consideration as to the office location relative to my home address. All I received from the new office was nothing; as a result I switched to Leanne Casanova and what a positive difference. Shortly after making the switch I was contacted by Leanne by phone and at her suggestion we set up a face to face meeting (first one we had had with a State Farm agent in over two decades). My wife and I met with Leanne, she went over all our insurance coverages and also provided us insights into other potential needs we might have. We ended up doing a total review, changing a couple of policies and also adding a couple of additional coverages based on the information Leanne had provided. If you want an insurance agent that truly cares about you and your needs, do consider giving Leanne Casanova a call; I dont think you will regret doing it.

I am writing to say how thrilled I am with the professionalism of Leanne Casanova, her staff, and the people who back her up at State Farm.We moved to Minnesota and needed an insurance agent. Quite by accident we found Leannes agency and purchased insurance for our condo and our automobiles. As time passed, we purchased several other policies from Leanne. Each time we worked with her we were more impressed with her knowledge, her character, her honesty and her integrity. In short, I felt that we found an extraordinary insurance professional.At one point we had a need to get some financial advice and we sought Leannes opinion. The more we talked, the more we came to find out that Leanne was not just an insurance agent, but she was also a wonderful financial advisor. She knew a great deal and, when she wasnt sure of what to advise, she brought in other experts from State Farm who met with us directly or gave us opinions through Leanne. As a result we moved all of our retirement funds to State Farm. Leanne worked with her team to structure a wonderful program which has done extremely well for us despite the economy.In short, we are very happy with Leanne Casanova and State Farm. We have recently moved out of Minnesota and we have asked Leanne to arrange it so that she can continue to handle our portfolio. State Farm follows up with me periodically to review what insurances I have. I usually end up doing some revision which results in better coverage or a change which results in a check in the mail and a savings going forward. No other company has done this. My agent is fabulous.

I was told by two separate State Farm call center folks, actually the first guy wrote my policy two months ago, the second guy was this week when this agency told me the first guy was wrong, that they could change my policy effectively immediately when a ticket fell off. This agency said, no big deal, it will happen in four months at your renewal, I changed agencies because I was upset at my last agency doing a bait and switch. Now this agency got me to sign on two months early, increasing my payments for two months with a statement by the call center that my rate would go down right away when the ticket fell off and then the agent says, no they are wrong... Then Leanne isnt even apologetic, helpful, or understanding. I told her I could go across the the parking lot to Allstate and get a better rate (now that the ticket dropped off) and that is what I did. State Farm, twice, told me something that was false and cost me hundreds of dollars, and acted like four more months of a higher rate was no big deal. The Leanne Casanova agency was not Helpful. Steve Bianucci at Allstate across the parking lot was very helpful and wrote my policy minutes later. Thanks Allstate!
