They were awesome. I called them to request a tow and they were on it and finished towing my car to my house within a couple of hours. I was able to conveniently pay over the phone and didnt even need to be present with the car. They made everything super easy and really helped me out for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Had to use them twice in a week. A differant person each time, and each time they were fast, friendly, and professional. They also have competitive prices.

Have never had such quick service. My car wouldn’t start. They came and picked the car up and brought to my house quickly. I’ve never had such fast service and the car was put on a roll truck taking into consideration the car is 23 years old and an import. Thank you!

Didnt return my call. Ran out of gas about 6 miles away. Yes I drive an older truck with a screwy I/P cluster & yes it was really late like 12:30 AM on a Sunday but I hadnt been home in 2 months. I realize my poor planning doesnt necessitate an emergency on their part but if you advertise 24 hr service at least answer the phone lol!

I was on a hunting trip 600 miles from home and lost my keys. The the folks at Russom got my truck to a local dealership and worked with my schedule to make it happen . Very easy to work with and friendly.
