They had a big selection of products and helpful staff. I even picked up a great gift for a friend while I was there. A shotgun shell car ashtray. It was perfect, I had never seen one before and hadnt expected to get anything besides oil when I walked in.

Its what we used to call an auto parts store. Like when you have car problems and one of your automobile components stops performing properly. You can go to the AutoZone (automobile parts store) and purchase a new or remanufactured component and change it yourself to save the cost of labor at a repair shop. So if youre not illiterate give it a try one day you may be surprised to learn that mechanics charge 200 bucks to change a part that takes 15 minutes.

I like comin here to get my auto needs. The employees are friendly and helpful and they are usually the cheapest between Advance and OReillys.

Much better service and a fairly knowledgeable staff which was the running joke of the town several years ago. I used to wonder how some of there employees found there way to work. So I always went somewhere else for years but last time I was there it was a surprisingly pleasent experience.

A nice worker tonight. There was a smart butt in there for a long time and i even quit shopping there because of him. I hope hes gone. I promise if i had been th owner he would not have treated not one person the way the girl standing patiently waiting for someone to agnolige her was treated or myself was treated not once but twice, i know shame on me for th second time, but he would have been handled immediately.but tonight was great curtious and helpful employees. Theyll do in a pinch I guess. Dont like buying from them because Ive gotten so many parts in the last 35 years that I had to take back and exchange. They dont see it as a big deal but if you have a part that cost 100 bucks and a round trip burns up 5 to 10 dollars worth of gas, and then you count the time it takes to put the part on, take it off and take it back, its just not worth the headache and aggravation. Thanks to AutoZone, Ive lost money on simple jobs thanks to their junk parts. Im honestly surprised theyve stayed in business so long.

The Autozone in Dyersburg Tenneessee has lost some of my business, as they do not wish to put enough people in the store to work and help customers. I have walked in, picked out what I want, and waited at the counter for nearly 15 minutes one time, with no one offering to ring me out. Two workers looked RIGHT AT ME, then walked away. I then placed my stuff on the counter and left. The Dyersburg location needs more workers. I carry a LOT of business to Autozone, but this is likely to end if they do not put more workers in the store during hours of operation.
