It not a very good way treat a person over the phone even me fill out a loan application online then say call u back i wait for a 48 hour and im sorry but this is unacceptable for me and it is hard and struggling out here on food prices and house need and i will not call them for help again

How am I supposed to pay my bill if its due on Sunday and theyre closed on Saturday they can take that 10 dollar late fee and stick up their ass I have a job by the time I get off theyre closed smfh
