I have not reviewed one piece of mail in a week due to the weather the weather is clear and today at 6:20 pm the postal man drives down my street giving everyone else mail but drives right by my house not leaving me anything. Something wrong there! I am waiting on important papers that I should of gotten last week. What ever happened to post office delivers rain snow or shine.

By far the worst in the country. Dyersburg postal service is incapable of getting packages to the intended place. My mailman gives me at least 2 packages a week that is not mine. Of course, I take them where they belong. We never get our packages. I almost had my electric bill cut off due to not getting my mail. When I told the electric company why I havent paid yet, they replied, yeah we know everyone says this. Here is a number to call if you dont get your electric bill by a certain date. Really,? Come on guys at least act like you care about your job.

I looked on informed delivery and it said i was supposed to receive this specific mail piece today which was monday. Today is Wednesday and i have yet to receive my mail. I hit the button that said i didnt receive this mail piece. Then i call the post office. There nothing they can do. I have to wait and see if it comes in and get ahold of the sender and get them to resend it. First of all its a check. So guess what the sender will want to wait 30 days to make sure its not cashed then i have to wait for it to get here again that is if the post office dont loose it again. I mean we are supposed to be able to trust yall. Some mail is junk mail and other is very very important. And they act like its nothing. Like i shouldnt be upset. They dont seemed to be concerned at all that they lost my mail. A check that i was counting on. And theyre not even trying to find it. They could have sent it to another person who might not be a good person and that person some how cashes it ( the stuff people come up with these days there no telling) then guess what i have to prove it wasnt me which will take a very long time. Thanks post office and mail people thank yall for being so careless with my mail and putting me and my family in jeopardy.

I have been living at the same address for over 20 years and each year the service has gotten worse.Now it is terrible one day you get mail at 230 one day at 430 and now days on Wednesday we get mail around 6 or 630 pm

The post office asked me to move my mail box from the house to the curb. I declined and they retaliated by stopping delivery of all packages. Talk about an abuse of power. Epic fail. I wish I could leave zero stars.

Has to be the worst post office in West Tennessee. Good luck ever getting anything delivered on the scheduled date. Lastly, GOD FORBID you have to call them.or go in with a question. Usually met with attitude and complete lack of regard.

I am so sick and tired of this post office. The people in the office are incredibly friendly. dont get me wrong. But the delivery people SUCK! Maybe not all of them. But whoever delivers to Roellen. You my friend, should be fired. Once a month my mail is just missing, Every other day the mail person just decides to not deliver the mail that day. My 6 year old daughter didnt get her birthday card or birthday money from my mother this year. $100 target gift card just GONE. All i get told by the post office is well, I hope she kept the receipt. Im so done!

I was here today as many times before. And as always, the customer service was top-notch. The clerks are always friendly, and I’ve never had to really wait.

There have been multiple occasions where my packages have failed to be delivered on time. Keep in mind, none of these packages were requested to be delivered near holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving or between the months of November to December. Furthermore, there were not any natural disasters or events that could have prevented timely, efficient deliveries.One of the packages was high priority, so we paid for one day shipping. However, the package was delivered TWO WEEKS later than promised!Lastly, I recently ordered a purchase and it was suppose to be delivered tonight. Ironically, their offices close hours prior to that promised delivery time. Hopefully, Ill be able to receive my items tomorrow.I really dont enjoy having to waste my time writing these reviews, but I just wanted to share my personal experience with others so they are aware of what kind of customer service to receive.

What is with the mailmen coming early one day and late the next day? There needs to be a schedule for every day that they run.
