Where to even start. First thing first. The only thing this company cares about is their commission. That is it. That comes before all else. If you are looking for an agent that will have your best interests in mind when dealing with a real estate transaction, this is not the one for you. They lie, misrepresent, scheme, even lose or refuse to turn over ALL paperwork and even collude with opposite realtors behind your back as long as they get their commission. You know the reputation of used car salesman? Well, these people are the used car salesmen of the real estate industry. If you took Hunter Newbill and lifted him up to look you eye to eye, the only difference in him and the used car salesman is the shiny tooth that sparkles in the sunlight when the used car salesman smiles. Hunter Newbill decided to take it upon himself to call my wife at work, she is a Registered Nurse and was taking care of patients, and threaten her with legal action because of the incompetence of him and his broker Mark Thompson. If you are a seller, as we were, this is Mark Thompsons way of doing things, We need to look at things from the buyers perspective, you need to get this done and that done so the buyer will be happy. The buyer wont be happy. All Mark cares about is the buyer if you are selling, the buyers agent and himself because that is where his money is coming from. He nor anyone else at this so called business actually represent their clients. If these people were lawyers, they would be disbarred for failing to represent their own clients. I gave one star only because I couldnt give 0. If you were one of the lucky ones to get involved with these fraudsters and got out relatively scott clean, then congratulations to you. I would not recommend this company for any reason. Commission is first, all else comes second to them. If you hire these fraudsters, it is at your own risk, but dont be fooled, you have a right to be represented by someone with you and your families interest and only your interests in mind. Professional real estate group forgot that long ago.
