Anytime Dyer is a very clean environment with a professional staff. I started personal training with Eric at the beginning of the year and it was my best choice of 2020. His knowledge is unmatched and he works extremely hard for his customers. Like with any form of training, he provides the map and I am in the drivers seat. He drives me to work harder and get in shape but I also have to make good choices outside of the gym. The gym has an vast assortment of machines, both cardio and weight, and all are consistently in good working order. I havent done any group classes but I know that they were very popular at the beginning of the year. Anytime Dyer is great for me because I live very close and appreciate the cleanliness that they provide!

I’ve been a member here for several years at the Dyer location. This gym is EXTREMELY clean and very well maintained.The staff is super polite especially the manager Amanda!! I recommend this club if you’re looking for a friendly place that has a lot to offer!

This is my favorite Anytime Fitness Gym! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and this facility is very clean. Emilie is an awesome trainer and answers all my questions anytime of the day!

Club is not kept clean, most members walking around with no masks . No social distancing at this club. Wonder why covid numbers are up on Indiana

I love Anytime Dyer! I have Anytime locations that are closer to my house but my favorite and go to is Dyer. I love the setup of the gym and open concept, it is always clean and inviting and makes for a great experience!

Amazing place everyone who is apart of the club makes it feel like a family. The staff and trainers are so kind constantly making your experience there better. I highly recommending training with Eric White he helped me reach so many of my goals when I personal trained with him. He helped me with my confidence and played a factor of helping me build the foundation of my training regiment. When I first signed up I only would go maybe 5-10 times a month but now I go over 20 times during the month. Anytime Fitness Dyer changed my life

Awesome place newly renovated and the staff and trainers are super motivated and friendly. My only complaint is that I wish they offered more classes at night. I know they offer other classes st and additional cost, but I personally like classes they help me stay committed. Otherwise I love anytime and they always have fun new things to try/sample.

Horrible customer service make sure you read and understand the fine print of your contract better yet I advise you if you have some unexpected health challenges do not consider because they dont care all they want is your money so sad but so true oh and yes I had doctors order they did not honored it.

This gym is disappointing. Managers and most staff are not friendly. As part of a Purple Sneakers class intended for those over 50, I and more than ten others were enjoying a trainer led circuit for 30 minutes twice a week. It was fun and we were benefitting physically. Out of the blue, we were told we could no longer use the room we were using as it tied that room up for use by others. So we old folks hauled the equipment to another room - steps, weights, kettle balls, etc - so we could continue doing this circuit . If the managers cared, they would have moved this stuff for us but, no, they just watched us move it all and then move it all back. The latest is that now we are not even allowed to move the items needed to the other room. We are limited to hand weights and elastic bands. Really? The room we are banned from may have one person use it for that half hour - one person - while our class at times had 15, even 17 seniors actively using that room. I pay a lot of money for this membership and I do it for the classes offered. I feel that as an older group of members, our Purple Sneakers class is being disrespected and devalued. Ageism is alive and well.

Very big and tons of cardio equipment. Staff is friendly, members are nice. Large variety of weight machines and free weight area, massage beds and tanning booths. Very nice, clean and has a lot to offer. Definitely worth the $40 per month! If youre looking to join, you have 24 hour access to all Anytime Fitness locations across the globe at no extra charge. Single person showers and restrooms give you the sense of at-home privacy you can be comfortable in without the busyness of a crowded locker room that you get at big box gyms. Staff and members are kind and supportive and will answer any questions you have. Love the Anytime Fitness brand!!

This club is clean and well kept. There are rubber bands and hair pins for hair. Great staff as well! Any question, they have a great answer too! Great selection of equipment as well. LOVE THIS GYM!

Great clean gym, just opened a new addition. Rarely have to wait for machines, staff and friendly and helpful. No pressure or intimidation from other members and I love the ability to go whenever it fits my schedule. Would definitely recommend it.

Love this fitness center. It is clean and well lit. Perfect square footage. The staff is great. They are friendly and always willing to answer questions. I attend the classes. I also work with a personal trainer once a week. His name is Oscar. He is patient and supportive. My fitness level is better than ever before.

This is by far the best anytime I have ever been to! The staff here are just amazing. From day one they all knew me and my wifes name and truly cared about our fitness goals. It is very clean in the people who work out here seem to be very courteous and motivated.

I love getting back to a gym that offers what I need. 24/7 times. plenty of machines to work out on. I love the elliptical to burn some stress and energy. I plan on going to some classes like Zumba in the future.

Ive been going to this gym for about 7+ years. Ive seen this gym evolve into into a success story, however I do have issues about this gym.First I feel they worry to much about signing people up for personal trainers. I think the personal trainers there are nice but take up way to much space to train people during peak hours. Therefore if I want to work on my core unfortunately I can not because the trainers are taking up way to much area to get anything done. Ive seen many members frustrated with this. 2nd more importantly the owners goof off with customers way to much to the point of trying to embarrass customers in front of other customers just for fun. There is few more issues however I am trying not to be petty. When does Jim 1st open they were all about quality of service now it seems like theyre all about the money which is fine, But dont forget about the customers that brought you to this point of success.

We love AF in Dyer! The staff is always so encouraging and helpful! They recently remodeled and it looks fabulous! And the massage recliners....OMG!!! Stop by ANYTIME and check it out!

Staff wasnt as friendly as other gyms Ive been to. Although the place was spick and span clean the atmosphere was horrible. The music playlist only geared toward one genre. There seemed to be no hard push workouts. Nobody talked, hardly sweat, no grunts, you know like a gym. One word to describe this gym is FLAT. Flat staff, flat music and flat atmosphere.

Ive been to several, and this is the best Anytime Fitness in the area. Lots of machines, lots of free weights, lots of treadmills/elipticals. They even have a room for yoga classes. And they have plenty of space. Only at the very busiest times do I ever feel crowded.

Best AF around. Best time to go after 6 PM. Super clean, great bathrooms.

The owner and gym trainer guys are pretty rude arrogant types. Not all trainers but certain trainers particularly the manager trainer type of guy. I dont know his name or care to know. He told me not use the equipment too hard because the professional powerlifters and professional bodybuilders come to gym and they the equipment and its designed for them so I should not use the equipment. Particularly a weight bar? Which is designed to be used as hard as possible. No matter what the cost. You know what man... GFY. Ill use the equipment as hard and as much as I want. There s about 5 ATF in the area. I think Ill go somewhere else.

Ive been going to anytime dyer for over a year now. Im a serious gym goer, and have been members at multiple other gyms local and franchises.This is by far my least favorite. In terms of price and what I get I am beyond disappointed.1. This one and Merrillville seem to be the biggest, I travel around for work in Chicago land and all others are extremely underwhelming equipment wise.2. For what you pay, the equipment still is lacking considering how busy it can get.3. The atmosphere just bothers me, people talk way to much and dont actually train. It interrupts everyones actual goals and affects my time.4. It has gotten progressively busier, people take free weights into classes. Which is not allowed but apparently isnt reprimanded cause even the instructors bring them into the classes.To top it all off I have had a terrible time with talking to the staff and getting anywhere with my issues with the gym. It took 2 weeks to get a phone call from a higher up which only happened after I came in again adamant on why this is taking so long to here. Only for not a damn thing to come out of it in the end.

Ive been going to Anytime Dyer for over a year now, and have stopped going and joined a new gym even though they refuse to cancel our membership. Also have not gotten a survey email but of course I get an email for a refer a friend incentive….For what I pay for yearly it’s lacking-especially when it compromises my workout with how busy it can get. For the amount I am paying for the gym should have a pool and tons more equipment….Waiting to use a machine because a group of people are talking/hanging out/congregating on or around the equipment- the gym is small so any type of group crowds the space. If I would have known the other Anytimes in the area were lacking more than the Dyer location (equipment and size) I would have never signed up. The Dyer location has gotten progressively busier and busier but there has been no cap on capacity made- we have been told that “it will die down once the Munster location opens”

I’ve been a member at Anytime Dyer for the past three or so years. My sister-in-law is cancelling her agreement since she does not go as much anymore. I am taking her account over since it’s $4 cheaper.I cancelled my agreeement and was going to transfer to my sister-in-laws; however, Anytime would not let me. The lady that was helping said that I couldn’t sign the papers because when my sister-in-law comes in to sign them it may be somebody else working and they wouldn’t know if I, Jennifer actually signed the papers... I don’t know how hard it is to have the employee initial her name by my name so they know that I said who I really am...Very inconvenient to customers...
