Nick was so helpful when he came out to measure and talk through options, and we’re so happy with the end result. The blinds have been up since March with no problems, and ended up adding one more this month and they were so quick—had thought 5-7 weeks for install and it ended up being much sooner. Five stars!

Great service! Jason and Ivan were scheduled to arrive between 1:15 and 3:15 and actually came a little bit before then. They did a great job on the installation and even took the time to switch a pull chain from one side to the other. Great job, highly recommended.

Mike from Budget Blinds of Durham came to my home and took measurements of my screened-in porch where the blinds were to go. He was very nice and courteous, and able to answer all of my questions. The blinds came, but it took another several weeks for them to be installed. I was kept informed about my appointment via text messages. Someone canceled so my appointment was moved up a day. A young man came on time and installed the blinds. They fit perfectly. The installer made sure I knew how to operate the blinds before he left. After cleaning up and disposing of the boxes and trash he explained the warranty to me.

Ivan and Kevin just completed installing 22 blinds that I ordered following the install of new windows. Their work was very professional and efficient.; it took the two of them under 2 hrs to complete the job.I will recommend Budget Blinds to all of my neighbors and have told them to request Ivan and Kevin to do the installation.

I had a great experience with Budget Binds. I wanted a roller blind for my screened-in porch for the west-facing wall so we could enjoy it in the afternoon with some shade. It was a large blind so it required a custom order. For the quote, Barry was super informative and efficient. He measured and ordered what I needed. The blind arrived early and Jason and Kevin came out to install. They were right on time, great with my puppy, and installed the new blind quickly. Everyone that I interacted with (on the phone and in-person) was kind and professional. I also appreciate the 5-year no questions asked warranty. Highly recommended!

Its not often I leave a review. When I do, it is either a really good experience, or a really poor one. We had blinds installed into our living room and are very happy with the blinds, but more importantly very happy with the service. Our Apt. Window was from 9 am to 11 am, and Jason actually showed up around 8:50 am. Showing up early or during the actual appointment time is normally unheard of, so to have him there a few minutes early was especially refreshing. Jason was quick in his installation, kind, and easy to communicate with. We are extremely happy with every aspect of the service and the quality of product. 10/10 across the board for Jason and for the company.

Leo made a final adjustment to our shade. Also, he fixed all of the shades to align across the top evenly.Jason and Jorge did a great job at resolving an installation issue. The chain in the patio shade was shorter than designed. Jason brought a chain from his truck and made a custom chain to allow us to raise and lower the shade. We had to wait for a second shade of the right size and Jason and Jorge made it work for us. Thanks, guys.

Quick and easy from start to finish! The estimate was quick. We just told them what we were looking for, they told us our options and even brought up things we had not thought of. They measured, ordered, and we paid all in one visit. They let us know up front the wait time and called and set up appointment for install as quick as they came in. Install was fast and clean. They were even going to haul away the old blinds if we wanted!!

We just had blinds installed by Budget Blinds on several windows in our house. These are high quality, smoothly operating and substantial blinds with a solid feel. Much better than what they replaced. Ivan and Jorge did an awesome job. We had 10 windows in her house and the blinds upstairs also come down from the top and they finished in about 45 minutes. They were good about explaining the warranty, too. And they also helped us move our massive sectional back to the window. Great job and great service.

I ordered custom shades for my kitchen windows and patio door in February. They were delivered and installed several months later. I was very disappointed with the quality. Very thin vinyl material. They were from different dye lots, fabric on 3 shades did not match . They also didn’t retract properly. Well, it is now July 26 and I am still waiting for the very cheap quality shades to be delivered from China so they can be installed. I asked repeatedly for my money back, but I was told that would not be possible!Very nice people to install, but very poor quality shades. Yes Budget Blinds are budget quality, but NOT budget prices.Terrible, stressful experience!

We really wanted this to be a 5-star review because thats how it started when we ordered our blinds on 4/29/2021. We were really impressed with the on-site consultation and price estimates. We were satisfied with the turnaround time for the initial order which was about 4-6 weeks. This occurred 6/9/21. Everything was great until the install. Installation staff was great and the majority of our blinds are excellent. The problem was that the wrong color was ordered for two windows. The on-site technician recognized the issue and indicated a replacement would be ordered. Budget Blinds contacted me within a couple days and indicated the correct blinds would be ordered and installed.We received our replacements on 7/7/2021; unfortunately, the technician showed up with one replacement, not two (5 to 4 stars now). The technician said there must have been an error and we would be contacted again to replace the final window. Annoyed I called Budget Blinds to express my frustration - it was met with a somewhat meh response from the rep we spoke to, no apology, no concession, and reminder that theyll have the correct one in 4-6 weeks (3 stars now after that conversation).We have not yet received the replacement, but received notice it is in and will schedule mid-August - so despite it being wrong twice, no real hurry to get this replaced as they did not offer to run it by or squeeze it in.The product, cost, and initial hope of a great product and company is very attractive, but the follow through and customer service has been meh. So would we use them again? Not sure at this point.
