This is a fine Home Depot if you live nearby. Theres also a pet store and a Kroger in the same plaza, and Costco next door.Note: The other HD location on 15/501 is the biggest in the area and the only one with a rental department in Durham.

This is the worst Home Depot we have ever had the misfortune to shop at. So many waste of space employees walking around. We ordered pet astroturf type flooring. The employee that took the order had no clue how to place the order and took forever trying to figure out the system of ordering. Once the material was delivered to the store we received a text indicating it had arrived. We told the employee we would be by at 3pm to pick it up (we rented a van to do just that). Of course the material was not ready and no one seemed to know what/where it was. Finally we got the manager involved and the material was found. The manager actually rolled the material out to the van as the dead wood employees in the store couldnt seem to pull themselves out of their stupors to help. AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND SANITY!!!

Decent selection and helpful employees. Customer service and return desk can get backed up regularly. No tool rental department.

Glenda absolutely sucks at her job and yall honestly lost a loyal customer because of her. She needs extra trainibg & need to lose her nasty ugly adittude.
