My therapist has been wonderful, its unfortunate that this billing department is SO terrible that I will have to cancel all future appointments and go elsewhere. They are so unorganized and incompetent its almost laughable. I am terrified to end up in collections as they cannot get a single thing straight and I now have a bill for over $500 showing 61-90 days overdue when my credit card is ON FILE! Getting through to them is impossible, when I needed to update my insurance to correct their billing I called and emailed in January, it took them until April to get back to me! They told me then they would get back to me when the issue was resolved- I never heard back. I have tried calling four times today about the current issue and no answer...not surprised at this point. What a mess!

This place is so disorganized. First, the phone tree takes you to a dead end and hangs up on you.Second, they couldn’t enter my email correctly after calling multiple times. Finally got it after the 4th try.Third, when I scheduled through the app it let me make an appointment, but then I received an email saying that provider is not taking new patients, but he had many openings on his sched when I requested. Then when I was on the phone I learned that he only does addiction therapy, while his profile on their website says he helps with so much more. Very confusing and demoralizing when seeking help.Unable to schedule with anyone until mid November, it’s currently Sept 2. Seeking help elsewhere.

Billing sucks. Very incompetent.
