The first two mows were great, and then they stopped showing up, despite us having an arrangement for every 2 weeks. Weve tried to contact them on their website, weve tried calling... nothing. We were ghosted by this company. Definitely would not recommend them.

Two times he said someone would be coming by to mow the lawn. No show both times. Get it together.

My lawn mower was broken, so I hired Mow-Town to mow and trim my lawn and haul off a brush pile. I was looking forward to finding a company that I could hire to help me with yard stuff more regularly because its just me. David was easy to communicate with and set up a soonish appointment at a reasonable price, but the quality of their work was disappointing and the more I looked at my yard, the worse it got.They left grass all over my vehicles and my neighbors, left a strip of grass between mine and my neighbors unmowed, ran into and broke off pieces of two landscape timbers as well as ran into and displaced pavers under my firepit. In addition, they left without having hauled off the brush pile, leaving my backyard gate wide open, even though they knew I had a dog. Thankfully I was able to contact David and he came out the next day to finish the job, but I dont know if Id hire them again.

David is communicative and honest. My experience has been that they under promise and over-deliver consistently.
