Let me start from the beginning.I called on a Tuesday after knowing they received my shipment from the shipper and was supposed to be delivered to me that day.They told me that they would send it out the following day on Wednesday.I called Wednesday, they told me it’s on the truck out for delivery but it never made it to me. I called back and a different person told me they would send it out on Thursday with no reason why it couldn’t make it Wednesday.Thursday they call me to tell me they don’t have my shipment, my shipment was sent back to Texas by accident some how and that they would follow up with me to update me.Friday a lady calls me to tell me it’s almost back and they would deliver it Monday.I didn’t expect nothing on Monday since they were just getting the shipment but I called anyway to see about the delivery.They told me they would send it out Tuesday.Tuesday I call and they tell me the delivery drivers are on the way to me now. I wait a couple of hours and he confirms that they’re coming. They call me towards the end of the day to say they couldn’t deliver it because they wouldn’t be able to get it off the trailer. James, the person I spoke with said he’ll make sure to include a pallet and send it out on Wednesday morning and would get to me at 10am.Next day on Wednesday, 10am comes and no one shows, I call them at 11:23am and they tell me they’re 20min away, I call again at 12:20pm and they tell me they’re 10min away... at 1pm they call me to tell me they can’t deliver it because they can’t get it off the trailer!!! Same excuse as the previous day!!!They’re ridiculous!Finally I keep calling and throwing a fit, I informed them that we would unpack it inside the trailer and unload it ourself.They finally came later in the evening at 6pm after I kept calling a million times.On the upside the delivery driver Mr. Moore was nice and very helpful. The company itself is very poorly run and mismanaged.I’ve gotten 5-6 different delivery dates/times with all of them being wrong, I’ve rescheduled my schedule to meet those drivers and carpenters waiting for the shipment to complete a job.I wouldn’t want to deal with this company ever again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use it either
Ah! Covid 19 days: Charlene (the dispatcher?) was very pleasant and helpful at scheduling our delivery. The driver, Mr. Moore, contacted us 30 minutes prior to arriving. Upon arrival he off-loaded the furniture which had no external signs of damage. Mr. Moore was very professional and pleasant. Keep up the good work!
Great costumer service
Charlene that schedules deliveries is incredibly nice. Stopped by after 5 PM to pick up a shipment and the guys in the office and on the dock could not have been more helpful and nice!
