I cannot say enough positive things about Dan and his team at TeamLogic IT. Our business relies on a stable fiber connection (with redundancies) and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we realized such a connection. Our infrastructure demands were challenging, yet they engineered a solution which has been fully supported... making tweaks where needed (often on their own initiative without us asking!). Team logic clearly puts their customers first. I can always get very prompt service just by a simple phone call. The owner and the employee dedicated to our account comes to our facility just to ensure we are satisfied and if we have any questions. TeamLogic is customer centric and always has the information to quickly resolve problems. It cant get better than that!

There is no one else I would ever call! This is a team that not only knows what they are doing but they are also very courteous and professional! I have been using them for years and I am always impressed with what they do. Most recently, Kennedy came to set up some software that was to be shared with another user. We were having a bit of trouble but he came in and was able to get it up and running. We were never shut down or inconvenienced in any way. He took the time to explain what he was dong in a language we could understand. Then, as usual, Dan called the next day to make sure we were happy and that there were no further issues. That kind of personal customer service will get my business every time!

Do not do business with this company as they are sending phishing emails to my organization staff members that are not part of the IT department. The email starts as I understand that you are busy.... and then provides a bullet list with letters and you have to respond with a appropriate letter. This is not the best way to get a business.

Dan and Kennedy have been great and highly responsive. They very quickly improved our infrastructure... AND saved us money. Its nice to let someone else sweat the details!

I have actually never used their service, but their owner, Dan Thomas, has hammered me non-stop with unsolicited emails so I will most certainly never ever use them.First of all, I would highly recommend to make sure to get the name of the recipient correct. Confusing my first and last name just shows that you didnt even take 2 minutes before emailing me, so clearly you dont understand what our IT needs might be.Reaching out once, maybe twice, is certainly acceptable business practice in my view, but to put me on a mailing list that I never signed up for is highly annoying (besides a violation of the CAN-SPAM act) and will not earn you business from us or anybody else in the community.

I recommend reaching out to Dan and TeamLogicIT if you need timely and effective IT services. Dan is a very intelligent individual with a terrific personality as well. Id recommend him to anyone with computer issues.
