Honestly, since I was a kid Ive viscerally hated getting my blood drawn. After a harrowing experience with unprofessional doctors who stabbed me with what seemed like dozens of needles before finishing their work I was scarred for life. Experiencing something like that made me terrified of needles and medical workers alike. Even during this COVID-19 Pandemic Ive been worried that venturing out into the world would lead me to my next interaction with physicians. This debilitating condition has led to basically sheltered myself for nearly the last year.Recently, I was told I had to get Blood Work done. I couldnt sleep for days knowing Id need to relive that pain. Coming to ARCpoint was probably one of the best decisions Ive ever made. From stepping foot through their doors to getting out of the phlebotomists chair I was constantly reassured by their expertise and competence in their lab.Their staff was incredibly helpful and Im sure this experience has completely changed my life. Im especially grateful to Leslie whos unparalleled dedication to assisting me and Ill never forget everything ARCpoint has done for me.Hopefully with ARCpoints help, and a COVID-19 Antigen Test, Ill finally be able to set out into the world once again.

I completed my Phlebotomy clinicals at both Arc Point locations and the staff is AMAZING!!! (Andres, Daniel, Samary and Leslie) I was so comfortable working with them and learned so much from each employee. They’re very professional and welcoming to all that walk through the door. The rapid PCR covid testing is great of you are planning to travel or need one for work. They had my results ready in less than an hour! The drug testing is also fast and effective for employment or personal use. The staff is very nice and genuinely care about their clients.

I just got a COVID test done & The experience was EXCELLENT Samary was great she was the one who did the test and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. i would definitely recommend coming here for any test.

They offer various types of DNA/Paternity testing at reasonable prices and that, by law, are certified AND CONFIDENTIAL. The process is quick and easy, and you can receive your results in a little under a week. I would recommend anyone to visit this facility for their testing needs.

ARCpoint Labs provide multiple tests from Drug Screening to DNA. They provide multiple ways as well, such as hair and urine testing. The employees are nice, assuring, willing, and hard workers. Seeing them in action personally during their shifts I can see that they care and are team players willing to do what needs to be done to help people and do their job correctly.

Got a 10 panel drug test here, it only took about 15 or 20 minutes and there were no problems at all.

The staff at ARCpoint were great. There were some questions regarding how my specific form needed to be filled out (USCG drug test), and they took the time to call the Coast Guard to ask them exactly how to fill the form out. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I have been to other onsite testing centers in the Triangle area and ARCpoint is by far the best in town. I will be recommending ARCpoint to my peers in my field and anyone that needs any kind of Drug Test/DNA/Lab tests performed.

This place is great, very santatized and fabulous customer service. I went for blood work to be done and it was painless they were very gentle and friendly. No waiting and and extremely effective I would come back in a heart beat.

So I evidently had a shy bladder on this day, but the staff here were very patient and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They turned what couldve been a terrible experience into a really great one.
