While I give this specific location the rating the 4 stars, I give UPS in general 0 stars. Susan at this facility was so nice in helping me track down my package, and worked with me so I can come and pick up some of my packages. The facility is a little overwhelmed currently, not enough drivers, but hopefully they get some more drivers so some deliveries do not have to be rescheduled for the next business day due to the driver running out of time. This was the reason for the missing star. If you have any problems with UPS solely pertaining to this distribution center, Susan is your go-to gal for assistance, as she, herself, gets a 5 star rating all on her own!

The Durant UPS distribution center is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Packages are continually misdelivered to unknown locations. The personnel they hire either cannot read street names, or house numbers, or just dump packages when they feel like it. I have filed claims was told someone would call me and no one did. I have asked the manager of the Durant distro to call, never did.

Always friendly and helpful; I am even had someone call me after hours to help me locate a package that got delivered to someone else that was supposed to be delivered to me and they got it to me ASAP

I called the 1-888 number for customer support and it took over 9 minutes to finally talk to a live person. The first agent I spoke with was Roma and she kept telling me contradicting responses about my missing package. Currently their tracking service states my package is somewhere in NV but she reports It was sent to my local post office. I asked her where my local post office was that they sent It to and she sent me an email with “everything in there.” The email is a link to the post office to find your local post office. Thankfully I kept her on the line and explained I knew where my post office was but wanted to know where they delivered It to. She couldn’t answer that so I asked for a supervisor. She said I should call Amazon instead then wanted my number for a supervisor to call me or Amazon to call. I advised her I wanted to be connected to the supervisor. So was put on hold over 10 minutes to have supervisor Ryen pickup the phone. She reported they lost my package but couldn’t open an investigation since the shipper has to call a special number. She couldn’t give me this number or information. Very unhelpful service. I was on the phone for 48 minutes and then asked to be sent to the survey about my experience with them. She instead hung up on me. Absolutely HORRENDOUS service from the 1-888 customer service center!! I’d avoid sending packages through them and for sure wouldn’t want to deal with their lack of customer service when called.
