Well when walmart would only sell me the tires and not install them I stopped at Casteels, they mounted and balanced 3 tires for me fast! The service was great, the employees were awesome... I would give 6 stars if I could!

Needed a tire on my jeep that a vehicle side swiped me and tore up my tire. Stopped in and they put four on my jeep with mount and balance in record time .vary knowledgeable staff who are vary professional and courteous. Owners were vary friendly and accommodating. Prices were very in line with what the kind of tires I needed. For your tire business this is the place to go

Weve done business with Casteels since 2000. Honestly would not use any of their competition for anything they do. Their employees and staff are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. Always treated with respect and like they are genuinely glad to help you service your vehicle. Used the location in Calera several times as well. . . would highly recommend both locations.

I recently moved to the area, so it is always scary looking for a good honest shop to take your vehicle. I went in for an oil change and asked them to take a look at my exhaust. Most garages would have had me get an entirely new exhaust and set me up for failure probably in the near future. The great, friendly people at Casteel Tire told me that I should just save my money and leave things the way they are until I got a new car or a new exhaust was necessary. My car has excessive rusting due to living in Michigan with the salt, snow and ice. Thank you all for your honesty, help and friendliness! I will definitely come back for all my mechanical needs!

I had an appointment to had my front shocks on my pickup changed at 4 p.m. on 8/13. Pulled up and was greeted by 2 mechanics before I had even shut off my motor. Went inside and just amazed on the staffs friendliness. 25 minutes later my truck was complete and ready to rock and roll. They didnt try selling me on other things like most shops do which was a relief. I drove 33 miles and the service and price was worth every Sq. inch and dollar of the drive. I will use them for every service they offer in the future. Thanks guys you are world class.
