I hired Animas Valley Arborist after a one on one consultation. Our contract was for $10,000 worth of work. They came for a week and started strong, then left. More then half of the trees where only trimmed on one side. Others had weird low branches that make the trees look misshapen.They billed me for the full $10,000 and I told them they needed to come and finish the job. They asked me to pay $5000.00 in good faith that they would come back and finish so I did. They have never been back, they have not finished, they called onetime the reschedule and I was not able to talk so I called back and they are non-responsive.I would estimate I have called them over 10 times, Texted them 20 times, emailed them 5 times, in the last 6 months trying to understand what their process is. They have not responded. I have uploaded an example of a tree they trimmed and charged me for.And another note they moved my cement table and left it on the ground. I asked if they could come and put it back where they found it. They said yes of course, I have not seen or heard from them since.

I operate a crane for a living, and have been hired by Animas Valley Arborist to assist in several tree removals, or to trim trees back where personal property is in danger. As a crane operator, tree removal can be very stressful for me as the weights are usually a guess but this team is always working with safety in mind and has always made me feel comfortable with the cuts to be made. The crew has always been very professional and does quality work! The safety of their clients property and livelihoods are priority. It is and will always be a pleasure to work with this crew! Highly recommended!

The service is very good. They were able to take care of removal and cutting back of a number of trees at a mobile home park we own. We continue to use them on a yearly basis.
