The sales person did not acknowledge us upon walking in the store. When asked about the price of an item we were interested, she replied as she walked away from us, avoiding any eye contact. Prices are close to retail and items are scuffed up. Any consumer might as well just buy retail and get brand new, for the prices they’re asking are outlandish. Two thumbs down for over pricing and lack of customer service.

Just buy something new! Its probably cheaper, if not its at least comparable in price. They think its gold when in reality they should just toss it in the dumpster. I am a professional carpenter, and its just not worth it from here.

Wildly overpriced. I understand its for a good cause but when the original sticker price looks like a 30% off clearance price, compared to their markup... theres something wrong

We bought a trundle bed that was set up on the floor as a display - it was bolted together and had two twin mattresses for $500. When we came to pick it up, it had been dismantled, the bolts were missing and so were the matresses! We were told there was nothing they could do and they wouldnt refund our money! We had also bought a set of wall sconces - $65 for the set. Come to find out, there was only hardware in the set for one sconce. We were told there was nothing they could do and they wouldnt refund our money! Buyer beware!! These people dont know what theyre doing. Or maybe they do.....

We visited the Restore shop. We were shocked at the prices. Quite excessive for a place that has had all of their wares donated. Its hypocritical for the mission statement to be all about everyone having a comfortable safe affordable place to live and then charge exorbitant prices for donated items in your resale shop.

People who can afford their prices are the rich who donated the stuff in the first place. They dont shop their! Lower your prices! And you might start selling stuff!

When we pulled in, I must admit I made a comparison to a yard sale comment. And yes you have to literally dig in to find the treasure among boxes. But once found theyre worth it and the cost is surprisingly nice.

Ok its a thrift shop, but they are really nice and everything is as it should be - cheap. They sell furniture - and nick nacks for your home.

The prices were OUTRAGEOUS!! I understand they are trying to raise money for a good cause and I totally support that but these items were DONATED and not one piece of furniture in that building was under $145.

Lots of stuff, didn’t need the tub and basin I was offering but most of what they had isn’t as nice. Had to take mine to the dump. 😳
