We’ve used this office for a long time. Generally we are happy with them. Nice folks. I downgraded this review because they were previously scheduled to do the service then didn’t show up. No call, no email, just no show. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted.

I called Orkin and they told me that I have an appointment that day. I go to the home I wanted them to look at. They gave me a window of time, I drove 45 minutes, waited 2 hours and nothing. I called and they told me they tried calling me to reschedule. I never had a vm or phone call. They said theyd call me the next day. I went ahead and called them to get an appointment and was told a tech will call me back. Nothing. I called the next day and was told theyd return my call. Didnt get a call. I called everyday for 5 days, with the same story. They said they will call me back. Never did. I found the number to the manager in this area, left him a vm, never heard back. I called the number of one of the employees I knew and never heard back. Not. One. Call. Ever. I think they should have called when they said they would and should not have made me leave work, a half of a day to meet the person who never showed up and never had the decency to call me to cancel, reschedule, or even apologize for wasting my time. They said theyre going to call me, well its been months and I have yet to hear back. Do what you say youre going to do or dont make empty promises.

These gentlemen were amazing! There was a wasps nest that was bigger than a basketball. And a hornets nest that was almost as big as a basketball. They got them both down and my mom, who is extremely allergic to bees, never got stung!I will use them again.

Jessica was fabulous! She had to return as the spiders were still active. I’ve used Orkin before. I finally feel like I’m being heard and served by a professional organization. Thank you!

Craig was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to address all my concerns including getting an additional problem not in his scope scheduled for me.

I called the number given and it seemed to be routed to a call center, not this particular office. I called Saturday morning and was told I would be contacted by noon that same day to be scheduled for Monday morning. When no one called back, I called Monday morning and was told someone would be out to the house between 4:00-6:00p that same day with a 30 minute heads up call. By 5:35p no call had been received so I called again only to be told they may be running late and could be there after 6:00p. By 7:00p there still was not anyone at the house so I called again only to be told that someone would call me back in the morning. No call. They were always apologetic but I never received results. Moving on to another company.

They were prompt in calling me back, setting up services, and prompt follow through. The rep and tech was super nice and knowledgeable. The rep who setup our services didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need, which demonstrates their honesty and care of their clients. I called another local companies and that was not the case. Another one didnt even bother calling me back so thank you Orkin for bn awesome!

We had/have elm seed beetles! They are nasty! They were under control for a while but it seems as if we are not getting service on a regular basis anymore. I know things would be much better if we did.

I feel that the problem in my house was being completely addressed by experts who really care about my concerns. If you have similar problems, call Orkin, Brent… they truly know what they are doing!!

I bought a new old house and Scheduled with Orkin for a Termite Inspection and to treat for bugs. Both tasks were accomplished on time and both employees were extremely professional and knowledgeable. In addition, I contracted with Orkin to install installation in my crawlspace. They were professional and upbeat the entire seven hours of installation. That’s a nasty job .... insulation! They were amazing. They left the area of my house they had to access for the crawlspace spotless. Good guys. Good work!

They are always professional and friendly. I have not had a problem with ants or spiders since they started coming.

Orkin was super responsive. I called on a Thursday and the technician was out the next day (early even). I have a large property with multiple structures and the technician took his time to inspect everything (including attic and crawl spaces), educate me on what to look for, took away old traps that were set poorly and set all new. Im super glad I gave Orkin a call!

We have a lot of spiders and centipedes out side of our house trying to get in my house, I called and got an appointment for 2 days later which was amazing. Today they came and sprayed and the guy that came was so professional and nice! I have animals and kids and was hesitant but will defiantly recommend them to everyone! Excellent customer service!

Orkin technician showed up on time. He inspected the group of little blackish bugs and found them to be carpenter beetles. He applied poison both outside and inside. He went down to the basement and inspected there and I presume applied poison there. He showed me pictures of the beetles and explained how they differed from other critters, such as roaches. He explained how long it will take to destroy them. He will return in a month and check things again.

I have monthly service and asked for a call back during the month. Brent the service manager came out and made sure all my concerns were met. I cant thank him enough for his call back service. I would highly recommend him. Tahnk you again.

Terrible, Unreliable service, when they loose an employee, they never let us know, so we dont get the service on a timely schedule. If you live in the Colorado New Mexico four corners area, I would highly discourage you from using Orkin. The service has been horrible. Orkin management acts like they have no Idea what is going on!

Steve could not have been kindergarten and more professional. He was awesome, and I felt safe with him in the home. He explained everything well and was solution driven.

Always reliable they come within the time specified. Which is very helpful for me to be home during their service.

Company called and cancelled appointment twice.... The day of appt with no notice...

We are impressed with Orkin from the person who took our call to the scheduler to the pest terminator who came out. We had a pack rat reeking havoc in our cabin. 12 hours after our Orkin pest terminator set the traps and looked for the nests (under the house and in the house) mr. Pack Rat was caught in a live trap. Kind of expensive but worth it in the long run to get rid of the rat and learn how to prevent rodents in the future (hopefully). Thanks Orkin

First time using a pest control company and let me say... I am EXTREMELY impressed! The gentlemen that came to my house were first and foremost incredibly kind, easy to talk to and best of all they were amazing with my daughter and my dogs. Which is a HUGE deal when you have strangers coming into your home. They thoroughly went through every nook and cranny of our home to insure they did not leave a stone unturned. After our treatment they explained all the chemicals they used and possible side effects, they were also very adamant that we could call if we had ANY problems with anything! While in the attic on Jan. 20, 2020, he noticed dripping water from the roof and could see daylight! He immediately reported the problem.
