I thought I had a problem with my hearing aids but after visiting Christian at Livingston he explained the situation and corrected it for me. Now everything is OK.

New to area and looking for an audiologist. She is listed as a Phonak dealer. My device was not functioning. They refused to look at my hearing aids because I was not a current customer. The only thing they could do is charge $200 to return them to Phonak. Oh well. I was hoping to get a new pair with rechargable batteries.

Wow where do I start! My family is so caring, they were the ones that told me they knew something was wrong. They nailed it right away-my hearing. My sisters contacted my daughter and she called to get information on help, hearing aids and made the appointment. Dr. Jason and Erica of the Livingston Hearing Aids center, are the best team ever. I was shocked after seeing the results of the test. Dr. Jason gave me the help I needed to enjoy my life again. Thank you and my family thanks you too.

All my life has been filled with the phrase Im sorry because I did not hear you. All my school years from childhood to adult educational training would be sitting on the front row trying to hear the instructors. I would have to read everything, because i could not always make out what was said. I felt robbed of hearing my children as they grew up. I do not know how to read lips; but became really good at gauging reactions. Somebody laughed...I laughed...you frowned, I frowned, etc. I was born deaf in my right ear and limited hearing in my left ear. I had tried different types of hearing devices most of my adult life. Some of them amplified my problem. I could list pages of what hearing loss does to your self confidence how rude people can be. I will not do that, but I will tell you my solution to my problem. Livingston hearing aids offered a free hearing test. I went to this test with my usual skepticism. This is when I met Dr. Nicole Denney. After testing me, she explained in detail what she could do to help me. The product she recommended the Phonak AudioB50 worked really well. I had hearing clarity never experienced before. But, the real treat for me was her excitement in being able to help me achieve something I had been denied most of my life. Dr Denney open the doors to my confidence, self assurance no longer faked. The doctor continues to be of great help to me with any questions I may have. Now I am the one who says turn that down a little. All of these things are things I can say and I could add so many more wonderful things about my experiences with Livingston, Dr. Denney, and being able to finally hear! Thank you....... Jerry Blair

Awful. I have worn hearing aids for over 50 years and have never experienced a more unprofessional group of people in my life. How does a company that puts 4 page inserts in a newspaper hyping false claims dare call their customers patients. They actually ruined my current hearing aids and caused me repeated trips to my ent after blocking the vents to my aids. No better luck with newer aids that dont fit. They stick them in your ear and tell you to book a callback appointment on your way out. They are booked a month or two in advance so when you return with aids that havent worked since you left, they tell you that you have exceeded the 30 day trial period and you now need to pay for the aids that have never worked. The people in their home office in Lubbock, Texas deny that such problems even exist.

I have been wearing hearing aids for many years This was the first place which told me about all the things I did not know, about my aids, like they should be professional cleaned four times a year. I just thought my hearing was getting worse. She cleaned them and it was like a new pair.
