My experience with Animas Glass could not have been better. The receptionist was kind and courteous and informative. Terry fixed my windshield to my satisfaction and was professional and cordial. Good people.

CONTRACTORS BEWARE! Animas Glass did not complete job on time as promised. Worst business relationship our family has ever had with anyone! We have given them business once before and they did the same thing, but we thought we would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE! We were terribly disappointed with their service and we will NEVER be back!

A rock chipped our windshield coming out of Montrose. Animas was able to immediately make the repair in Durango. We did not even have to turn off the truck. Stellar service!

Found myself in a bind, got a dime sized chip, on a recently replaced windshield about 20mins before 5pm and they saw me anyway and got me out of there just before 5. Ryan and Gino had to install 4 shower doors at the two houses on our property. They were courteous, efficient and through. Although the supplier sent the wrong piece of glass, Ryan got on the phone to them and had the new glass reordered before he left. In addition, they were presented with another obstacle on second shower door, but smoothly found a solution.It was gratifying to find a local company with the expertise to complete the job in a timely manner!Thank You Ryan and Gino.

Did a quick, fabulous job replacing the rear window of my truck. Friendly, easy to work with...nothing but appreciation.

Probably more like 4 & 1/2 stars, but some things cant be controlled. At least anytime something was off or went wrong, Ryan has always gone out of his way to make sure that it was taken care of to my expectations of perfect as can be. Hes been able to do the glass repairs and custom made windows that every other shop couldnt figure out how, or simply didnt want to do. Ive done a lot of work with Animas Glass Owner, Ryan, and I will continue to use them for my glass. Being in construction, I know how hard it is to find guys with the knowledge, talent, and ingenuity to get the job done right. Not to mention the integrity to get any issues corrected to make sure my customers are happy no matter what. Occasionally at great cost to him. Ill stand by someone who stands by their work over someone working on excuses for why they cant do something any day. Over a hundred jobs in the last 11 years and I may have been disappointed a couple times, but I was never let down or left to fix it myself. I cant say the same for others Ive dealt with. Solid company with people who actually care about what they do.

CONTRACTORS BEWARE! Animas Glass did not complete job on time as promised. They sent workers to do the job who had no experience with the type of project they were hired to do. And the owner who said hed be there was on many occasions absent and left the job unattended during a critical time for the project. It was very difficult to communicate with them, as the owner consistently was lagging in responding to text messages and phone calls. Overall very poor performance. Although they eventually finished the job nearly 2 months late, they seemed to be a lot better at making promises than delivering what they promised.

These guys can execute and deliver. They did an excellent job.

Total rip off... Paid $450 for a new windshield. 1 week later a crack forms from the outer edge (appears to be a installation error) and spreads across the whole windshield. I was told this was a rock chip damage(which I still believe was damaged at the time of installation) & Id have to pay $150 to install the new windshield. FREE rock chip repair was guaranteed for up to 1 year... I will NOT be back to this establishment nor recommend.

Was told glass would be replaced in 1 week, two weeks later the house glass was (somewhat)replaced, yet the windshield was NEVER done or even ordered. Paid partially in cash and had to fight to receive proof of payment(receipt) for cash payment. The only glass they actually installed, which was half of the order, broke due too faulty installation exactly one month after work, rubber seal didnt encompass the entire pane of glass and in places missed entire lengths of the glass. So much condensation between panes it was impossible to see through the window, yet they refuse to replace or repair without us repaying labor and possibly material costs. Between customer service and (lack of)quality of install I can only hope this place goes out of business. DO NOT DO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, they will rip you off...One of the worst businesses in La Plata County. Still wont call or show up when they schedule despite the proof of faulty labor and materials, dont buy glass through these scam artists.

Disappointed with Glass Doctor of Durango, to get an estimate today was told Ryan would call between 4pm and 5pm to come over and do the estimate. I call their office at ten after five only to be told Ryan had just arrived at the office and had forgotten me. I dont know how management feels about an employee coming over to my residence for an estimate forgetting to come over???? Unreliability comes in to question. Companys wallet wont get fatter today.
