Excellent service!! Very quick to answer the phone and scheduled a next day appointment. Aaron cleaned our chimney very thoroughly. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using he service again!

Communicating with Aaron was successful. I interrupted his vacation and he promptly contacted me when he returned. We set up for 2 chimney sweeps in 2 homes, next door to eachother. He quoted a price for the two. I have a very steep roof and asked if he wouldnt mind cleaning my gutters while up there, additional cost of course. He was excited to help. In a nutshell, he was clearly in a hurry when he went to the second chimney. We heard 2 sweeps in the pipe. He quoted a price that was 50.00 higher than quote. The owner of second home asked if he was going to clean the inside of stove. He appeared put out and asked for a shovel as well as a bag. He used a vacuum in my stove. A shovel was provided and he proceeded to remove ash. Did not empty ash can and didnt clean glass on stove. Left bag of ash on porch. Mind you the owner of this home is 87 years old. He was CLEARLY in a hurry to get out. I inquired of him the dismay of the cost(50.00 to clean-throw over on deck and leave, less than 25 ft of the gutters). He didnt reply to my text. I will NOT use him again and I truly hope he doesnt shaft others.

Set up a time for the chimney sweep service on a Saturday (His suggestion) and rescheduled my entire work day to make the appointment . Appointment time came and went. Texted and called with no response. An hour and a half later got a call and a text saying he was running late and wanted to reschedule for the following week and he would make it right with me. I asked if he would call me on Monday to set up a new day and time for the service and never heard from him again.
