Quality of work is substandard. I was talked into going with an expensive digitizing process so I could have some hats embroidered with a custom design. The hats didnt come out as I was assured they would and when I called to complain about the quality I was told that they couldnt do anything for me. The top picture is the test they gave me to approve the order. The bottom picture is what they delivered. Ummmmm.... They look considerably different! The pattern doesnt even match up!!! Paid over $200 for this!! Would not recommend.

Whatever the print job may be, Point to Point has our back. Whether its a form core birthday board or several sets of blueprints, P2P has the job done quickly. When we were located closer to them - they even used to deliver. Thank you for being good friends and a great asset to Durango!

We have been purchasing our work apparel from point to point. We have ordered t-shirts, sweatshirts, and tank tops. We have found their product to be much more durable than their online competitors. They also had a better price. Furthermore, the staff is very kind and they have always made sure our needs are met.

When another large corporation couldnt supply my order, Point to Point was ready and able to help. All the staff were very kind and helpful, and the finished products (posters and t-shirts) were a very well done. High-quality printing, soft t-shirts, and clear communication.

Worse customer service I have ever received and seemed to careless that they have left us without a needed product. I will never use them again.. Daniel lied to me more then once when I pointed this out I got a whatever response. He should not be allowed to work with the public.
