I have been going to ReyLynns Barber lounge for years now! The staff here is extremely friendly, and excellent at their jobs. They always go the extra mile when it comes to making you feel welcome, and making sure that they deliver comfort during your stay. Ive never had a bad haircut coming out of here, and have rarely waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment.The inside of the shop is tasteful, and fun to look at. The music is always at a reasonable level, upbeat, and never vulgar. Every time I go here it feels like a pleasant trip away from my normal daily woes. I highly recommend, but remember to book ahead.

Was my first time going to the shop, I must say the customer service was amazing. The shop was cool and I definitely felt welcome. Andrew did a great job, and since it was my first time there he made sure that my hair cut was what I wanted. I wasnt just another # on the clippers. I will definitely return!

My stylist Liz was amazing; so friendly and just great at what she does. The studio is clean, lovely, and chill. I loved the long, layered cut she did for me. Its really hard to find someone who can actually listen to you;even when you have pictures and explain well. Shes excellent and 10/10 I will be back for my next hair cut!

This review is a long time coming. Kelly does my cut and color and she is, hands down, the most talented colorist and stylist that Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. She is thorough and manages to produce the perfect color every time. Ive never had so many compliments on my hair. Not-to-mention, shes a complete joy to spend a few hours with. Ben Martinez always kills it with a pair of scissors and clippers. He gives one of meanest fades and hardparts around. Not only can he get you looking dapper. But sitting in his chair guarantees you a great conversation. I always leave looking and feeling better. A shout to Riley who also throws down a mean fade and hard part. You are not allowed to ever close shop I would be devastated, keep up it. I will see you next cut.

Great haircut and beard trim! Elizabeth was so nice and did a great job of listening and responding to my requests! I loved the ambiance and decor. The hair wash chair was a massage chair, AND I got a free hand massage during my trim. I got a spa experience, but didnt pay a spa price. Ill definitely be back.

Today was my first visit at ReyLynns. Jaci is the best stylist I have ever been to. She is talented, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. She made me feel beautiful for the first time in years. I highly recommend her and couldnt be happier to have found her. Likewise, all of the staff at ReyLynns were very friendly and everyone else seemed to be very talented as well. All the customers there at the same time as me walked out with beautiful hair. So glad I found this place and so happy I can finally stop cutting my own hair because I now have someone I can trust enough to do it for me.

I was in to make an appointment to get my in between haircut bang trim, but my hairstylist was no longer there. The receptionist tried to ask a stylist if she could do it and she replied is someone else available (granted she was just finishing her day, although being in the business as a nail tech for years she lost a potential client). I told the receptionist I could come another day, but with no one willing to make me an appointment I told the receptionist it was OK I will get it taken care of no problem! I will not return they made me feel uncomfortable.

This was my go-to haircut spot when I went to school in Durango. The price is incredible for the service you get (especially with the student discount!). The staff are friendly and helpful, and keep the place looking beautiful. They have chairs that massage your back while they shampoo your hair. What more can you ask?

I got my first professional haircut done here by Ben. I’m a wiggly, impatient 2 year old- but Ben put on cartoons for me to watch and talked to me about everything he was doing so that I wasn’t nervous!My mom took a picture in of what I wanted, and it turned out perfect.Ben will be my lifelong barber. My mom has already said he will be doing my hair for senior pictures in 2034 :D

Ben is the best barber in Durango. You can get a great cut and shave. Plus he is great with the kids too.

Marissa is one of the best hair stylists out there. She turned my mop into one of the best hair styles Ive ever had in my 20 packed years. Everyone there was extremely friendly plus a wounderful lady gives you a mean hand massage.

There is an attention to detail within the culture of this salon that is often lost in other salons. My husband has been getting his hair and beard cut with Ben Martinez (Owner) for years and continues to return as he is quite pleased with the results every time. I made the mistake of visiting another barber who butchered my hair; I drove directly from there to ReyLynns where Dave Luna worked magic and salvaged something I was embarrassed to wear into a great cut. He was patient, listened to my concerns, and spent significant time to ensure I received the best outcome. I highly recommend Dave Luna to anyone who wants a professional cut.

Had my hair done today with Marisa Mondragon. It was amazing. I have long hair that is very thick. It tolk hours and it was wonderful. The staff makes u fell right at home and r incredibly friendly. It was just spectacular. I kept it long but had it faded from my natural dark brown to beep blue then purple. It came out just amazing.

This salon needs to have better customer service. We scheduled a balayage package for $180-$200. Half way through they told us it was going to be extra because of how long the hair was and how much product they had to use. This would have been fine if they mentioned it up front and not after the fact. Putting a “ prices may vary” on your packages isn’t a “ get out of jail free card” nor an excuse not to be upfront with your customers from the beginning. Obviously they know when you walk in and see your hair if it’s going to require more time and product. Furthermore, the hair stylist didn’t even finish my daughters hair completely. She kept rushing my daughters appointment and ended up passing her off to another hair stylist so she could move on to her next customer because it was taking to long and then sent me a text about the appointment change after the fact. And to top it all off you can’t even tell my daughter got a balayage ...she walked out with basically the same color hair that she walked in with. I recommend another hair salon.......This portion is in response to the owners comment. I did not miss read your service menu. My daughter and I came in about 2 weeks prior to making our appointment and talked with the front desk staff and specifically asked about the length and thickness of her hair and what we wanted to do with it and was directed to that balayage package that we ended up scheduling later. As far as the box dye, that was applied to her hair over 5 months ago. And the fact that you think she was trying to go blond shows how clueless you are to what she came in for. It definitely was not blond. HELLO!!! We are very aware of the process a balayage requires. She’s going for an ash color and WE explained to your stylist that we were aware it would be a process but to come out with next to no color change AT ALL is unexplainable!! And since you still don’t understand I will spell it out for you. It was never about the cost. It’s the way you operate and run your business and whats being told to your customers vs what there actually receiving and the timing of when you actually notify them of the change and topped off by your uncaring negative attitude. I find your response and service to this matter highly unprofessional. I do not recommend your services to anyone.

Great job by the whole staff. Ben cut my hair and I immediately grew 6 in and a full beard. walked in expecting a hair cut, was greeted with pink lemonade and a complimentary hand massage. when I walked out of the salon there was a 5 car pile up because I must have blinded them with sheer freshness alone. 10/10 would go again

Let me tell you a story about these guys. My wife went in with a new idea for her hair. It was a bit crazy and Im not sure she was ready for the result. Kelly colored and styled it exactley how Brooke wanted she thought. By the time she got home Brooke was in tears. It was too much and she was so embarrassed. I had no idea that Brooke had asked for this I thought it just came out like she didnt want it. Being an idiot as I can be I called Reylynns and left an upset message at 5 on a Saturday.Immediately I got a call from Kelly incredibly concerned. She told me she had done exactley what Brooke asked for. I replied that Brooke was I her room crying and You could immediately hear the pain in Kellys voice. Brooke was too embarrassed to call Kelly because she loves her so much. But Kelly wouldnt give up. She called again and talked to Brooke and at 6pm on a Saturday after hours she left her family and reopened the shop for Brooke. 2 hours and a bottle of wine later Brooke came home looking stunning. She was laughing and smiling and on cloud 9. And even though it was our fault there was no charge! She looks amazing! Thank you Kelly, thank you for going above and beyond for Brooke. Thank you for having such heart and skill in your field. And most of all thank you for being an amazing business owner as well as friend. Needless to say Im sorry about my overreaction.If there was a 100 star rating you guys deserve it.
