Recently visited for a wedding and Buck Horn was very accommodating and honest with their ETA. Highly recommend them for any taxi service needs.

I used the shuttle service from Durango to Molass Pass as well as the vehicle storage. Very happy I used Buck Horn. Felt good to know my vehicle was stored safely while I was in the backcountry.

I’ve tried multiple times to get a ride and they act like even if u give them 5 hrs to a day of a heads up like it’s not enough. I wanted to ride in class for a low price (basically their website) as I just got car parts I ordered and I am feeling so good right now. I also get hung up on all the time. Their website says they are cheaper by 5 bucks compared to Durango cab but what good is that if you can never get a ride and are always scoffed at by whoever is picking up the phone? Seems like you need to give them a 2 week advance for a 5 minute ride so if you’re a local or are here for a while and had a car mishap, just choose Durango cab. Durango cab are nice on the phone, cab drivers are polite, and even show up early most of the time. They will be getting all my dollars and all my fat tips for 5-7 minute drives as long as buckhorn decides they are lacking.

This company was on time picking me up at airport and on time raking me back. Friendly and best price in town.

They came very quickly in a pinch to get us from the Enterprise to the airport when Uber and Lyft were not available. Very professional, plenty of room. Very reasonable pricing. Great service! Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Quality service at great prices!

Not a bad experience but not a good experience. Wonderful customer service, very polite and wonderful people to talk to. but when it came time to get picked up there was confusion and even though I had a reservation confirmation I was forgotten and not scheduled to be picked up and left at the airport. again I was never charged and everybody was very apologetic but being left high and dry after making a reservation almost two weeks in advance then having to wait an hour and a half to be picked up by a different cab company (the soonest anyone could get me, 2 hours for then to get) left me with a pretty sour experience.

We worked with Buckhorn on guest transportation for a backyard wedding. They were timely, easy to communicate with and on top of their routes on the day of the wedding. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Buckhorn! We needed a ride in a hurry from Pagosa Springs to Durango. I called and the phone was answered right away, they were at our door within 2hours and we had a fun chat with Donna on the drive into Durango. We then needed a ride from Durango to the airport very early the next morning and when I realized the hotel we were at did not have a shuttle service, I called Buckhorn again and they again provided excellent service! Fantastic service during our September 2019 wedding weekend. Buckhorn Limo helped shuttle guests to/from Durango airport to Dunton Hot Springs. The drivers were punctual, courteous, and did a great job of accommodating a few guests who made last minute changes. Great pricing and great service. Would use again if in area!

I hired Buck Horn Limousine to take me from the Durango Airport to just past Mesa Verde National Park, a drive of about 40 miles...in the middle of a winter storm that had already dumped 8 of snow on the area. Despite the nasty conditions, Buck Horn came through with shining colors. Punctual, safe, VERY reasonably priced. Excellent experience from reservation to drop-off. I will definitely use them again!!

Fantastic shuttle to and from the trailhead for our backpacking trip in the San Juans! Dave and the staff gave us great hiking suggestions as we planned our trip itinerary to avoid the nearby fires. Carl was outstanding and a very kind and funny driver. Highly recommend!

Nice ride, just a little bit expensive. A 10 min ride from the hospital to the Holiday INN was $25 and a 20 min ride from the hotel to the Airport cost $40. Nice service however.

The owner, David, went out of his way to provide 110% client service. I highly recommend Buckhorn over Uber or Lyft becuae they have nicer vehicle, quality management, and exceptional client service. They add value to Durango’s client transportation services.

Every time I call Buckhorn, they send the car/SUV on time whether its my house or the airport. The drivers and dispatch callers are very friendly and help you to move the luggage from the pick up to the car. very flexible on scheduling and they will somehow accommodate your request.

Buckhorn helped me get around Durango numerous times during the week. The companys flexibility along with the friendly and outgoing drivers made my business trip easier. Overall a reliable and safe form of transportation.

One of my Lucky Assistants needed a last minute ride out to the airport to pick up a car, wash, and deliver to the owners home. It takes one bad incident to ruin a lifetime of business.Will never use this cab company again.We called the buckhorn dispatch. This wasnt some random person pretending to be your company, you guys cant put that ridiculous information out there hoping to escape fault.Responding to the manager. When I called in to inquire about said incident, I reached a very unpleasant female who stated she was the manager on duty and there was no way to reach the owner, even after I said I only wanted to report this incident to the owner. I would need to deal with her or no body. Bottom line. My elderly family was taken advantage of and charged a 95 dollar taxi from the La Plata County Airport to Ignacio which was a 15 MINUTE ride. Never again will I, or any family member or friend who comes to visit, use your taxi/limousine/shuttle service.

Driver was not paying attention and almost got in an accident

I broke my wrist in Durango while my family was skiing, Buckhorn was the only company to show up to get me to urgent care, not only did they take me there (and showed up fast) but Mikey stayed and filled out all my paperwork at urgent care since I couldnt write! He was so thoughtful and I am so thankful for Buckhorn coming to my rescue.

I used to love this company and service. I used them constantly. Now, Ive never delt with a worse company or business. I had to give up after several terrible experiences.

I was supposed to use this company to take me to my sisters apartment in Durango. My flight had been diverted to Albuquerque due to a bad storm after a failed attempt to land. I had informed the driver, Mike, the situation. He rudely hung up on me. He called my sister, who made the reservation prior to me being diverted. He was insulting and rude to her. Because of his actions, neither my sister nor I will ever use this business again. Do not use.

They dont deserve any stars at all! Dont count on them for a ride to the airport! I contacted them on Wed July 22 2015 for a ride to the airport on Sat the 25th. I called Fri evening the 24th to confirm that someone would be there at 5:15 am to pick us up for a 6:25 am flight. The person who answered confirmed my ride and said someone would be there.We were waiting in the hotel lobby at 5:10 because most taxis arrive early. 5:15 went past, 5:20- I called to see if someone was coming, and got their voicemail. I panicked- we had no other way to get to the airport. The front desk lady started calling other taxi services, but got their voicemails too. She then tried Buck Horn again and got through. I spoke to the driver, and told him I needed my ride, and I needed it now, because we were going to miss our flight. His response- I understand maam, but we had one of our drivers quit this morning.The driver quitting was not MY problem- it was theirs. If they commit to driving someone to the airport, they MUST follow through. My son and I were counting on them, and had no reason to believe they wouldnt come. We had confirmed the ride, and Buck Horn did not call us and let us know they could not provide one, even though they had my cell phone number. We were in town because my mother is dying, and I did not need the added stress of worrying I wasnt going to make my (non-refundable ticket) flight. I dont understand why no one called me, or why they dont work cooperatively with the other taxi services in the area to provide a ride if something goes wrong on their end.Fortunately a good samaritan getting coffee in the hotel lobby overheard my plight and gave us a ride, so we made it. Buck Horn- dont advertise yourself as an airport shuttle service if you have no plans on actually being an airport shuttle.

The driver said a flat fee of $25. Didnt say anything about city limits. Drove us out towards my house and stopped at the end of the pavement and told me we would have to walk the quarter mile from there and then charged me $31.
