We used another company for about 4 years and they never got rid of the roaches. We decided to switch to Next Gen and we havent only seen a few roaches since they started. My cat brought me a gift of a 7 inch RAT. It had been on my back patio for sometime before I even noticed. It was the smell that even let me know it was back there. You can imagine. Manny and David were fantastic, I truly mean this. They were professional, personable and genuinely pleasant. I would say those are things you expect from a professional service, however, they went above and beyond. Usually, when a similar company performs a service at your home you get the “ok folks you should be good to go.” They took the time to take pictures of where the issues were occurring and then showed me pictures of the steps they took to remedy the problem, which I really thought was cool and appreciated seeing. The services were performed in nooks and crannys where I would probably could not even fit, much less be able to lay eyes on. Them taking the time to do that was cool. I would highly recommend David, Manny and Next Gen as a whole. Thanks again guys! Hopefully our traps will prove fruitful

The techs that service us has been extremely nice, professional and has educated us all things bed bugs. Excellent!! I’ve been using Nextgen Bed Bug for three year to treated my rental properties near The Chattahoochee River in Sandy Springs .

I called today for service as a new residential customer. A woman answered the phone with, “what’s your name” rather curtly, no greeting such as hello or anything. I gave her my general information, then she said she was transferring me to someone named Michael. Same thing with Michael, but his voice sounded like I was bothering him. He asked what pests am I seeing? I told him it’s a new house, so I want it treated all over for everything, but I did get bit by a spider or mosquito. He cuts me off to say that spiders don’t bite, the only spiders that bite are brown recluses. Sir, I see spider webs in the garage and corners, something bit me just now which spurred me to call. He said it’s bed bug bites. He hasn’t seen a picture of the bites, I didn’t say what room of the house I was bitten in. I was so insulted by his words and how rude he was, I told him do not worry about it, I will find another company to use.
