Tried for 2 weeks to get an internet communication problem resolved. Current wait time on the phone is 3 days, 14 hours and 63 minutes. *First representative- “We are currently showing you have service in your area, not sure why you’re having connection problems “. *Second representative- “There is no way on earth you can receive service in that area, our service trucks aren’t even allowed there “ Both cell phones are currently on hold waiting now. “We appreciate your business, your call will be answered in the order it was received. You are currently 1,432nd in line”. Unbelievable. *Update- 11/24- a technician named Joey came out yesterday, ran a 75 ft line from a box at the road to the side of the house and BAM!! We have internet. Shout out to Joey. Maybe he should run CenturyLink. I’d vote for it. Their star rating was just went from a 1 to a 3 thanks to Joey. Be like Joey.

Not open to the public

Incompetence is the only word to describe this company. I have spoken to at least 4 different representatives and have wasted 2 days sitting in an empty apartment, wasted 4 hours of driving and a full tank of gas waiting for a technician to bring my modem. That’s it, just to bring my modem. If you can get internet from any other company, just do that. Don’t waste time waiting for a team of incompetent people to do nothing.

Solved my internet problem

Wasted a whole day of work to wait for a tech to show up and they did not! Call tech support and they said I need a tech to come out. No kidding!!? I knew that!
