Called them for tow through insurance the 1st delivery driver was nice that came out even though we had to reschedule that day. The next day i dont know who they have working for them but was rude and talked to me like he really never heard of professional!! Not only that i told him to drop the keys in door slot as the shop directed by shop. He stated, i know what to do with them. I was wondering why the car was sitting outside the road of the shop until almost close the next day when i rode by. My son called bc noone cld find the key, the guy wldnt answer his phone and it was the weekend so they had to close late until i could find the owner of this tow company who at 1st wasnt friendly either but was gonna find out who the driver was. This was a car that not only had custom rims but a stereo system that this driver decided to stick up under the seat. Smh. At least tell the owner of the car or shop this info and learn to be professional its apart of business

Wish I could give them zero stars. Dispatched by my insurance carrier at 10:45 am. Called to check a couple of hours later said would be out in a hour and a half to two hours. After some back and forth with the insurance company I finally asked them if they werent coming out to let me know so I could get someone else out. At 3:54 pm they finally told me they werent coming. Definitely can not recommend.

I can be a very difficult and emotional type person and these people were wonderful. They patronized and assisted me to the highest of their ability, and Beyond. When I had to explain to them about the situation. I would recommend them to anyone.

Polite and efficient help for a flat on Super Bowl night.

Rude and unprofessional. Driver didnt even say a word until he realized I had a jaguar (apparently I should have had a tow hook in my trunk?). Argued with me about my coverage area with USAA (Im covered for 30 miles, I asked him to go 0.8 miles), even threatened to call USAA as if I was trying to pull one over on him. This is all the first five minutes. Spends the whole drive on the phone talking ABOUT me to his boss without even acknowledging me. We arrive and I have to stand there in the pouring rain while he smokes a cigarette. Once my car is dropped, he just shoves a clipboard into my chest and walks off. As if my day wasnt bad enough...

Took over 2 and half hours to get a jump start with no phone call until I called AAA and they called them then they called.. The driver they sent actually threatened to shoot my dog. Very poor customer service. Will never use Warren citgo again.

Ive never experienced such horrible service. They did not follow through with towing my vehicle to the agreed upon location yet he still charged the maximum amount to dump it off at a Walmart 10 miles away from said location. They then argued back and forth over the phone and then they hung up on me.
