Well hubby and I smelled a burning smell in the house early this morning. We walked around and couldn’t find anything so we thought maybe a light bulb or something burned out. Hubby took a shower and left for work. I decided I would go back to bed. Woke up and it was 78 in the house...yep so now we know what the smell was — the ac. I called Andrea Watkins because she and her husband, Andy Watkins, own Indoor Comfort Systems. She gave me some things over the phone to do to try to reset the system. She told me to call her back in a little over an hour to see if the house would start cooling off. I called her back to let her know the temperature in the house was beginning to go in the right direction. She told me to call her back in an hour to let her know what the temperature is in the house then. If it’s not closer to what the thermostat is set on, then Andy will be coming out. This is the second time I have dealt with Indoor Comfort Systems and there’s not enough kind words I can say about this business. You want great customer service, they’re it! They’re the kind of people you meet and you feel like you’ve known them for a lifetime. Thank you Indoor Comfort Systems! Y’all rock!
