I ordered 2 items from 2 different sites both being shipped thru UPS that I never received. The online tracking info they provide is flaw it will say that the package is delivered when it really hasnt.Also I had 3 interviews at 3 different times in different years and never hired.

I am in awe of how quickly the employees were able to process my Amazon return! When Amazon told me no packaging or return labels would be required before returning my items, I was incredibly skeptical. It was 100% true! Could not have been easier.

Driver was provided a telephone number to get instructions to our campsite (very simple directions) and we never even received a call. Now thats lazy! My brother delivered packages and drove for UPS for 30+ years and he made sure you got your package.

I visit this location when i need to return or send packages but last time i did it lacked modern equipment. I could not return a package using the more updated systems like using your phone to scan a QPC code because they lack the updates. Drivers are great at this location and are very punctual so they deserve the modern touches just as much as the customers that depend on them.

Dont believe any of the negative reviews. They are fedex trolls. Ive used UPS in many parts of this country over the last fifty years and theyve always given outstanding service. The Dunkirk, NY customer center is no exception. Always helpful, always polite. In fifty years Ive never gotten a damaged package from UPS and nor have any of my customers. I could say a few negative things about fedex on that issue but I wont.

They leave pkgs outside even when have, never check, have requested several times to at least place in hallway visible through storm door. If stolen Im sure sure they wont do anything, just like when called about damaged item telling you to contact sender. Not like yrs ago.

UPS in Dunkirk is open to ship something out from 3pm-5:30pm. If you have a prepaid label you can come and drop off your package from 9am-6pm. If you have a package held here you want to pick it up, you can come pick it up from 9am-7pm.Also UPS in Dunkirk is NOT A store it is a shipping facility.

Most of the drivers are driving way too recklessly, tossing packages around, and slamming them down onto our porch. Today was the last straw when Joel from Dunkirk decided to back into my driveway right into some outstretched branches of a very large shrub that we have. When I told him that I understood why he would need to back in (as I was receiving cases of water) but not why he would have to back into the shrubbery, he became sarcastic and defensive. He did not apologize for it, even denying that he might have done any damage but, rather, joked about it and said, Ill pull up and well see if Ive done any damage to your bush. Im sure he will get a good laugh out of that with the other guys. He could have saved our frequent business with UPS instead of choosing to negate the fact that he was delivering poor customer service, today, by simply saying that hes been doing his job for 25 years. When I said that we should switch to Fed Ex he said, Maybe you should. Time to switch!
