Just dropped off for the first time. Went here because its local and had good reviews. That being said, I did not feel comfortable leaving my car here. I was told 1-1.5 hrs over the phone but when I dropped off I was told 1.5-2hrs. The employees dont have any kind of uniforms so there is no way of knowing who works there. I was greeted by a dude with no mask and a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. Nobody there was wearing a mask and I considered leaving right then. I dont want to leave this here but there is no email for the business. They may do great work. Ill see. But if you want your business to thrive then you need to project excellence. This business doesnt do that.Just got my car back and I will give credit where credit is due. It looks great and the guys are very friendly. I think shirts and masks would go a long way in promoting your business.
