My daughter needed to have a Covid test done we got there and we were added to a list and told to sit in our car and they would text us when it was our turn we were only back in the car for about 10 mins when we got a text to come in. We were taken to a room and a very nice nurse came in and took the test then a very very nice doctor came in. She made my daughter laugh and made her feel better bout being there in the 1st place. And we got my daughters test results back within 12 hours.

Warning…do not use Fredonia if you need Covid results by a certain day. First time, went 2 hours before closing for test and was turned away at door (orchard park was amazing). Second time, husband received results, I did not. Called. They said negative. Test from wrong date. I caught that error. Then they told me results were inconclusive. Had to retest which they promised would be STAT. No results. Called at 1, no results. Called at 2, told negative. Again given wrong negative. Because we thought results were correct, went to pick up and was told they didn’t remember talking to me . So confused and frustrated. Missed huge opportunity for which results were necessary. Again, Orchard Park was in and out, results in under 24 hours.

Had a good experience at the Well Now on Vineyard Drive in Dunkirk, the receptionists and nursing staff were all courteous and professional, great to see that still happens 😊

Its not a urgent care, its just a doctors office lol. They dont actually take urgent patients unless they have made an appointment a couple days before they went in which isnt what an urgent care is for. Seems like a good doctors office tho if you have a normal non urgent issue. as for me I could barely walk or stand from a back strain and one receptionist completely ignored and disregarded me while the other avoided eye contact all scared. Im pretty sure I could have been bleeding on their floor and they would have turned their noses up at me because I hadnt foreseen getting an injury two days prior. As a broke college student I cant go to the er for things like this, so this was a pathetic display of the health system in action. Disappointed but not surprised.

I went to Well Now Urgent Care for a COVID test. There was nobody at the checking desk and after temp check and my insurance information was taken, I was immediately brought back into an exam room and only had to wait 2 minutes for a nurse to come on and administer the test. The staff was extremely friendly and thorough. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Great experience!

My recent visit to Wellness on Vineyard Dr. was so good! I got the care I needed. I was in and out in less than a hour a satisfied patient. It was a Sunday so my doc wasnt available. I was also impressed that they an x-ray on site.

The procedure is kwiq and fast. No problems until I try to get the results. That is where I am now, trying to get the results. Well now. You need a lot of patience with wellnow. Could you please tell me whether my test was positive or negative

The gentleman PA that examined and treated me was by far the kindest medical professional I’ve ever met, and that says a lot considering I have so many specialistsHe was kind, listened to all of my concerns. Was the first to admit he didn’t know all of the answers but pointed to a few factors that were likely the cause for my symptoms/visit. And He was quick to refer me to specialists with more expertise.I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name, if I could give him 10 stars I would.May the Almighty God bless and protect all of u there at Urgent Care. All of the staff I have seen, Including when I’ve brought my child in, are top notch. They genuinely care, and listen attentively listen to their patients. Went in for bee stings. The staff is very friendly. i felt very welcome and well taken care of. They answered all of my questions no fuss, i had a lot, and didnt even feel the shots :) I will be going back there for any emergency in the future.

The front desk ladies were so quick and courteous. The entire staff was nice and patient with our daughter. The PA was thorough and very kind. We were in and out in 20 minutes. We are 10 minutes away from another urgent care and still would prefer to drive to Dunkirk because of the quality care.

They honestly saved my life. I will be going back to just hang out. Hands down the best service I’ve gotten anywhere ever. If they don’t all get raises I’m going to by a majority share in the company just to personally give them raises. P.S. I think they should get two slushy machines because of how awesome they are.

Took my wife in for a possible UTI. They advised us to go to Brooks for fluids and further testing. Once my wife received a CT scan they found masses on her liver. Unknown at this time if they are malignant. This place might have just saved her life! Thank you so much to the staff.

The staff wonderful. Pleasant, respectful and explained things thoroughly. I can imagine it was not easy for young healthy fit women to inform an older overweight woman that her reason for coming in to the office was caused by her own lack of self care. In my experience that conversation could have gone a diffetent way but instead they chose to be extremely nice in their explanation while still letting me know what I needed to change to avoid it happening again. They are very much appreciated by this family!

Thankful for the timely service. I am satisfied with the interaction. Just watch if you are self pay, you may be sent somewhere else due to their limitations and then have to pay for both. They also dont do blood draws so there would be time spent going somewhere else to do this. It was helpful to me especially because I didnt have a regular doctor here.

The parking lot was completely full with covid testing appointments. It was clear that the situation could potentially be overwhelming for anybody working in that situation. I fell and hurt my ankle and came in for an unscheduled appointment. The staff was wonderful and courteous and got me in and out of there in 45 minutes. I thought the staff did a great job navigating the high amount of traffic and need.,remaining pleasant throughout the whole encounter ( even though it was clear they had back-to-back appointments and then some) . A very easy to navigate on-line appointment system . Chose my appointent, same day ... within 2 hours . Uploaded my ID and Insurance info . Filled out all paperwork via my phone, I wish all medical appointments could be done this way . I arrived 45 minutes before the appointment, as directed . Texted them that I had arrived . After about 10 minutes they took me early . Very friendly staff, polite nurse, and nice “provider “. That usually means the person was a physician assistant or nurse practitioner, not an MD. That is my one suggestion . To the public the term “provider “ means nothing . Instead of introducing one’s self as “the provider “, give your credentials specifically. Staff were thorough and appeared competent.

This place is a giant covid scam. Plenty of better places to get tested that are way cheaper and more efficient. Would not recommend to anyone

I was feeling very sick and with Covid a very real presence in our lives I went to WellNow Urgent Care on Vineyard Drive for a test. I called when I arrived and checked in. I was called in and had the nasal swab. Then a very informative lady came in and went over everything. I was told results would be online in 2-5 days. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend this facility to anyone who needs medical help.

They were so caring when I came in the nurse was so empathetic. I was in and out in no less than 25 minutes. I was seen immediately no wait time and I appreciate that. I was on my right track with feeling better. I recommend this place to anyone

There is a side of Bedside Manner that you dont get at a traditional hospital. Whether or not the care is legit, they do a fantastic job at perceiving it. I dont have to worry about waiting an hour for the doctor to see me, or having staff question your decisions. They are respectful.

I live out of state, had been traveling to 4 different states for the 2 weeks I was back and had been feeling ill. I had a fever of 102 and decided to come back to NY because I feel more comfortable with the emergency centers back home. Kristina Krtanjek, a nurse practioner for urgent care was my provider and she was fantastic, she gave me a thorough check up and was easy to talk to. She knew exactly what was going on with me and explained everything to me with respect and compassion. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you for your incredible services.

Needed help with a case of hives that developed overnight. Made my appointment online for the next morning. Appointment was ontime . They diagnosed what i had. Prescribed meds and i was on my way. Very professional service. No hassle like it would have been trying to get into my primary doctor. Plus it was the weekend and i would have had to wait till monday to do that

We called to see if an appointment was available for a test. They said the time slots were taken, but if we would like to come in and wait they will try to get us in. We were registered, and seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The person at the front desk, and the nurse who saw us were very friendly and professional!

Stopped in yesterday cause I hadnt been feeling well. They got me right in, listened to my concerns of whats been going on. All the staff was very sweet and courteous. They treated me sent my scripts over immediately while I was there and then sent me on my way!! Overall I give them a 10, they got me right in and out with no waiting time and no issues!!

I was staying one night at a nearby hotel in Dunkirk and needed to have a negative COVID test before returning to Pennsylvania. I was accommodated almost immediately at the 8 a.m. opening time and was done before 9. Staff was all very pleasant and cheerful in spite of the enormous pressure that they all must be under these days.

Took my daughter here when she fell and hit her face they did a quick look and told us nothing was wrong just use antibiotic ointment and it will be fine. Never even cleaned it up. We ended up at another one where they cleaned it up and ended up putting 7 stitches in her chin. Will never go to this location ever again!!!

My 20 month old had a pressure wound from a finger pinch. It needed to be drained and I went to the urgent care and was told by the provider on staff that day that there was nothing he could do and Id have to take my son to a pediatric ortho doctor. A couple days later I followed up with our peds Dr and she said it just needed to be drained and wrapped. I called to the Well Now location in Jamestown and was told by the front desk that the Dr on staff there would do it but I had to be there asap before she left. I told her because I lived 45 minutes away that wouldnt work. When asked where I lived, she asked me why I didnt just go to the Dunkirk location and I explained what happened earlier in the week. She suggested I call the Dunkirk office again and ask before we went there. I called and the front desk woman was very rude to me and although she said she talked to the provider on staff that day, I was told there was no guarantee it could be done and Id have to probably take my son to the ER. I explained that this was not ER worthy, we just had a pressure wound that needed to be drained. She was so rude i ended up hanging up the phone. I called the Dunkirk office the next morning before I took him to the pediatric urgent care an hour from me and this time the woman who answered the phone was very kind as I explained the situation. She put me on hold and the provider, Christine, picked up the phone herself. She was kind and cheerful and told me to come right in and shed take care of it! We went right there and they got us in immediately. Christine was very sweet with my son and got his finger lanced and taken care of. The visit earlier in the week was the first bad experience Id ever had here but Christine and the staff on August 28th in the morning more than made up for it!! I think I just caught the other provider on an off day. Thanks for taking such good care of my son Christine!

Awesome staff! Jessica Cappa, NP was great, she went over everything with my wife and I and then when she gave us our paperwork she gave us her personal number just in case our symptoms got worse and she would prescribe something for us. I will highly recommend Wellnow Urgent Care to all my friends and family.

The setup of getting to the facility was different and I thought at the time time wasting. The wait in the vehicle was short,the check in was faster than anything I have experienced. I’m a US Army Veteran and waiting is the order of the day. The knowledge of the personnel and bedside manner so to speak was beyond excellent. They had my daughter who is very much not a Dr visit person be at ease! Overall I will recommend anybody I come into contact with that needs to send them here no reservation! I went in for a precautionary COVID-19 test, and the staff were friendly, professional, and super speedy. Also, on the testing side, the nurse who performed my nasal swab did her best to make it as tolerable as possible. All in all, great experience.

I ripped open my chin and needed stitches. My husband walked in before me to give my information. I have a suppressed immune system so he wanted me to wait in the car. Once they had my information he came back out, took me into the building where I was immediately taken into a room. It was less than 5 minutes before someone came in to give me stitches. It was quick, easy and everyone was courteous. I definitely recommend them. Especially over the ER which takes hours.

New Urgent Care facility in Dunkirk. I had been sick for about four days and decided to get checked out. I went online to get the address and saw I could check in online. I had the option to come in immediately and they advised there was a 24 minute wait or gave me an appointed time, which I took. Check in was quick and easy and I was brought to an exam room right away. Everyone I spoke to was professional and very nice. The Nurse practitioner was amazing. Even gave me her contact info if I didn’t improve. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to go again if I needed too.
